The screen flickers black and red, back and forth, till it slowly fades into an office scene. Here we see Daniel Sawyer sitting at his desk made out of cherry wood, with the letters D.S. engraved on it. There is red carpet wall to wall. The walls are black with a gold boarder going around the center of the walls. Above the gold boarder we see many pictures of Daniel Sawyer from back in the day. Daniel Sawyer stands up and walks around the room to admire the pictures. He approaches the first one.


I remember this match... It was the street fight with Danny Starr. I won that match... I remember he came in a nice Ford Mustang and I had an old Ford Station Wagon with some wood on the sides. It was such a shock I won. Because I thought I was done for.

Dan Sawyer: Hmmmm.... Glad to see he's good.

Daniel Sawyer continues to walk around the office and admire the pictures. He approaches his diploma that he got from when he graduated the HWA Academy.

...and Syxx covers Dan Sawyer... 1...2...3!


TB: OH MY GOD, SYXX IS OUT OF THE ACADEMY!!

KK: I know Trent, Dan Sawyer is the only one left in the academy...

TCO comes running down the ramp with a mic in his hand...

TCO: Now I know we can't have just one person in the academy. So... here’s the thing... WELCOME TO PRIME TIME DANNNNNN SAWYERRRRR!!!

I am so glad I am not in there anymore. I can't believe im still returning to the HWA over and over again... *sigh*

He walks up to a picture of himself and "Jason Craven". They are holding the HWA Tag Team Championship belts in their hands. They had beat Mexican Dream and Fudge to obtain the title belts in the finals of a tag team tournament. They soon parted ways after that all happened.

We were such a great team. What ever happened to that Craven?

Dan Sawyer: Hmmm... Such a great time...

He then walks up to 3 pictures side by side of him holding the international title.

Me at my prime level... I remember these like yesterday. The first time I got it I beat Mental Mark and Mexican Dream at Saturday Night Survival... Triple Threat. After that I lost the title to Jason Craven, right after we both lost the Tag Team Titles. I then regained it at HWA Last Man Standing from Syren. Last Man Standing is when I graduated from the academy, only a few years past thought. Then I lost it but then regained it from C.J. Rock after defeating him.

Dan Sawyer walks away from the pictures to the doors and exits his humble office. He is seen outside next to him 2000 Acura Integra LS-VTec Turbo custom tuned at his local performance shop. He gets in his car and heads down to his old friend Stars house...

This could be a very intense moment when he opens up the door and looks at me... It's been around 4 years.

Dan Sawyer pulls into Stars drive way and turns off the power to his Acura. He gets out of the car one foot at a time and then shuts the door behind him. He begins to walk up to Stars door...
*KNOCK* *KNOCK*

After knocking on the door he waited a few seconds and then the door opened... Taylor answered the door...

Oh my god....

A look of shock came across Dan Sawyer's face...


Dan Sawyer: Oh my god... What are you doing here?

I already knew the answer to it but, as I am in a state of shock it slipped out... How could this happen?

Taylor: Oh my god... Where have you been for the past six months?

Dan Sawyer: I've been away... what are you doing here with Stars?

Taylor: We are together now Dan... You left and I didn't think you were coming back. I moved on Dan and I've changed... Apparently your not use to it!

Dan Sawyer: Taylor, why? Why would you betray the "love of your life"?.

Taylor: PLEASE LEAVE!

Dan Sawyer turned and walked away toward his car. He got in and started the car and backed out of the drive way. He put his foot on the clutch and then put it in first gear. He slammed the gas then popped the clutch and did a burn out and sped off into the distance. A little while later we see Dan on his cell phone speeding down the highway at around 120 miles per hour. He is heading toward Hartford, CT... This doesn’t look good.

Dan Sawyer pulls up at a funeral. It is for Jenn Copelin. The Sensational Danny Starr's girlfriend. There is sadness in the air....


This is such a sad time. I have always respected Danny Starr as a professional wrestler and a man outside the squared circle. I can only picture his pain right now. I feel so bad...

Dan Sawyer: I am so sorry Danny, I knew how you two were. This must be hard for you man.

Danny Starr: Sawyer??... I... I don't understand...

Dan Sawyer: I know how hard it is to lose people. I know we haven't spoken in years man, but when I heard the love of your life died I had to find you man. We have had our hard times but beyond wrestling, I'm here for you man.

Danny Starr: Thank you for that, Dan... and, I’m sorry... I neglected to even give you a chance... I...

Dan Sawyer: What is it? I have been neglected before. I can't believe she’s gone though. How did she die? If you don't want to explain I’ll understand.

Michael Diamond interrupted into the conversation before Danny had a chance to respond.


Michael Diamond: I don’t think right now’s a good time to discuss this, Dan…

Dan Sawyer: Sorry, I just didn't know. Michael… could me and Dan have some privacy please? It's been a while..

Michael looks at Danny and he gives him the knod, meaning it's alright but he stays close by watching the situation.

Danny Starr: It was just out of the blue… I don’t know what to make of it.

Dan Sawyer: I’m sorry to hear about it man. Hey, we have had some bad blood in the past I mean we had that street fight way back then, then "The Phantom" kidnapped you once, but hey all the past behind us...

I extend my hand for a hand shake, as I sign of respect... He extends his and we shake hands. I know see him as a different person.

Danny Starr: Thank you for your condolences, Dan... It means a lot. No hard feelings...

Dan Sawyer: Good seeing you, Danny... Just wish it was under different circumstances.

Danny Starr: Same here…

The two part ways with a new level of respect for one another. Dan Sawyer stays for the rest of the funeral... Scenes fade as he takes his seat.

Noon time

Scene's reopen in Dan's bed room with a bunch of torn of pictures of Taylor spread across the floor and bed. He starts talking to himself of us all to hear.


Dan Sawyer: The ones you love will get to close and use it for as advantage to get what they want, then betray you. Some of your loved ones will die and that is not the way it should work. I believe love should remain strong until the day you die. But god doesn't let it slide, but then again everything happens for a reason... The lesson turned here is "LOVE HURTS".... Good bye everyone.

Scenes fade to a bitter blackness
