-As of today the NMWA has signed Shane McMahon to take over the role as NMWA Vice President. Apparently talks between Shane McMahon and the NMWA were deeper than originally thought and a deal was reached early this morning. Shane McMahon will work alongside NMWA President Mike Casino in handling much of the NMWA's affairs with AJ Casino looking over all moves. This is the second time Shane McMahon has been employed by the NMWA, the first when he sold the WCWF to AJ a year or so a go. Still no word on whether he will play an on-air role but that is still not expected.

-The NMWA will be making some talent cut-backs in a few days since the economy is down and business is starting to dip. Many low card wrestlers who haven't been on TV are expected to be cut. No major names are being thrown around as of yet.

-The NMWA has signed Kaos to an undisclosed deal.

-Mike Casino, AJ Casino, and other staff members will be scheduling a meeting before or after Wrestlemania to get moral high in the company again as some wrestlers have not been working to their full potential or are feeling burned-out.

-Bret Benoit has been given the duty of planning and scheduling this Thursday's Wrestlemania special. Many are expecting a big effort by Benoit and are hoping it turns out well to increase interest in Wrestlemania to a fever pitch.

-NMWA officials are scheduled to meet with ECW publishing on Friday to talk about releasing a few NMWA superstar biographies. We will keep you updated as we get more information.
