Victor Cross: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the BTWF Gaia Championship!
Introducing first, weighing in at 220 pounds and standing 6 foot 1 inches tall, he is a former two time BTWF Small Fry Champion and the challenger, Xunkai!
*Double Bass blares across the Barton Arena sound system as the arena lights dim. Xunkai steps slowly out from the back looking fully ready for this match. He throws his hands up above his head in an X before letting them fall and sprinting down to the ring. He slides under the bottom rope and jumps to his feet in the ring, getting a large amount of cheers. He soaks them in for a few seconds before positioning himself in the middle of the ring and waiting for his opponent.*
And his opponent, weighing in at 275 pounds and standing 66 tall, he is the leader of the Generation of Legends and the BTWF Gaia Champion, Bryan Kutterman!
*Demonoid Phenomenon by Rob Zombie hits and out from the back comes Bryan Kutterman, Gaia Championship placed on his shoulder. Slowly Kutterman walks down to the ring, getting jeers from the crowd but keeping a smile on his face. Kutterman enters the ring via the ring steps and gives the Gaia Championship to referee Grey Fox before going into a corner to wait for the match to begin. Xunkai waits in the corner opposite Kutterman as Fox brings the belt over to the ropes and hands it to an official on the outside before signaling for the bell.*
The bell rings
The match quickly gets underway as Xunkai rushes an unprepared Kutterman. Just as Xunkai makes it to the corner Kutterman is able to side step him. Xunkai doesnt slow down though but instead jumps up onto the second rope and back flips off before landing on his feet. Xunkai turns to face Kutterman and gets a round of applause for his speed. Kutterman doesnt seem to care for it though and backs away from the corner Xunkai flipped out of to the one Xunkai started in. Xunkai is patient now and slowly starts to circle the ring as Kutterman does the same. They pace calmly around the ring before finally coming together in the middle of the ring for a collar and elbow tie-up. At first Kutterman seems to have the advantage being so much bigger than Xunkai but surprisingly the light heavyweight is able to break out of the lock and move to the back of Kutterman where he puts Kutterman into a hammerlock. Xunkai isnt out of danger though and it becomes apparent as Kutterman tries to hit Xunkai with an elbow. Xunkai is able to duck it though before kicking the back of Kuttermans right knee. This causes Kutterman to fall to his knees and Xunkai is quick to try and lock in the Dragon Sleeper but just as Xunkai gets his arm around Kuttermans neck he powers out and picks Xunkai up onto his left shoulder, Xunkai still slightly having hold of Kuttermans neck with his right arm. From here Kutterman goes down to one knee and sticks his other out as he brings Xunkai down hard with a modified shoulder breaker.
Xunkai screams out in pain as he is dropped down on the knee, an odd thing for the former SF champion. He holds his right shoulder and appears to be hurting very badly. Grey Fox goes over to check on him as Kutterman backs into the nearest corner but Xunkai wants to continue which is surprising considering the pain he is in. Slowly Xunkai gets to his feet and Grey Fox backs away from him letting the match continue. As soon as Fox backs away Kutterman goes straight for Xunkai but as he gets to him Xunkai hits Kutterman with a hard left forearm to the face. Kutterman responds to this by trying to land a straight right to Xunkais shoulder but Xunkai dodges it by moving swiftly to his left before kicking Kutterman in the gut with his right leg. Xunkai then quickly locks Kutterman in a front facelock and drills him with a DDT but ends up tweaking his shoulder in the process. Despite this Xunkai gets back to his feet quickly, holding his shoulder in pain, while Kutterman shakes off the effects of the DDT on the ground. Xunkai sees this and turns around to try a Standing Moonsault but is instead surprised by an inside cradle by Kutterman, 1...Xunkai kicks out. Both Kutterman and Xunkai get up at the same rapid pace and stare each other down, Xunkai holding his injured shoulder and Kutterman grinning because of that. After a few tense moments Kutterman backs away into the near corner, knowing that the longer Xunkai is kept in the ring and out of the air the better of his chances were. Xunkai doesnt back into a corner though but instead rests right where he is using the ropes to make it easier to support himself.
Finally Xunkai becomes impatient and charges Kutterman in the corner. Just like earlier Kutterman is able to side step the attack and Xunkai jumps up onto the second turnbuckle but this time Xunkai is looking to score a big hit on Kutterman. Xunkai jumps up to the top turnbuckle as Kutterman turns around to face him before jumping off into a cross body that catches Kutterman. As the two fall to the ground Xunkai lands on top of Kutterman and covers, 1...2...Kutterman kicks out. Xunkai rolls off of Kutterman as he kicks out and continues to hold the injured shoulder before starting to get up. Kutterman starts to get up too but the faster Xunkai is able to get up to his feet as Kutterman reaches his knees. Xunkai sees this development and charges forward at Kutterman before jumping up and hitting a partially up Kutterman with a dropsault. Xunkai makes sure to use his left arm to help break his fall and push himself back up as Kutterman falls over backwards holding his chest. Xunkai gets to his feet somewhat slower this time but is still up before Kutterman who is once again up on his knees. Xunkai doesnt charge Kutterman this time though but instead goes over to him and tries to hit him with a hard kick to the head. Kutterman anticipates this though and blocks the kick before grabbing Xunkais leg and standing up. As soon as he is up though Xunkai hits him with a Dragon Whip that sends him back down. The crowd applauds this, most wanting Xunkai to win but it becomes clear that his offense is running thin without his right shoulder in his arsenal.
Xunkai continues to get back up slower to his feet than usual but Kutterman is just big enough where Xunkai still has a speed advantage. Xunkai lets Kutterman get back up to his feet this time before walking towards him. Kutterman does the same as they go into a collar and elbow tie-up, neither having a clear advantage at first. Xunkai manages to fight Kuttermans power of in this hold but it doesnt last as Kutterman breaks out of the hold and delivers a brutal looking punch to the right shoulder of Xunkai. The pain is very visible on the face of Xunkai as he collapses onto the mat holding his shoulder. Kutterman doesnt care though and grabs Xunkai by the hair before pulling him back up to his feet. Xunkai doesnt even attempt to fight out of Kuttermans grip but is instead immediately hit with a nasty headbutt to the shoulder from Kutterman as he gets to his feet. Once again Xunkai falls over in pain but gets an idea from Kutterman as he is picked up by the hair once again. As Xunkai gets onto the soles of his shoes he slams his head into Kuttermans hard knocking them both back holding their heads. Xunkai doesnt stop though and goes right back towards Kutterman, hitting him with another hard headbutt that knocks Kutterman down and has him holding his head in pain. After doing this Xunkai shakes his head, trying to get the cobwebs out, before going to the near corner and climbing to the top. Xunkai doesnt bother with playing to the crowd as he jumps off and nails Kutterman with a Flying Headbutt that gets him a great deal of cheers anyway. Xunkai holds both his head and shoulder now as he places himself on top of Kutterman for the cover, 1...2...Kutterman kicks out.
Xunkai looks somewhat disappointed but is fighting more for survival than the title anymore. He begins to get up to his feet by using the ropes as Kutterman continues to lay on the ground holding his head. Xunkai sees that Kutterman hasnt moved once he is to his feet so Xunkai goes over and grabs Kutterman by the hair. He pulls Kutterman to his feet, though it is hard for him, and then kicks Kutterman in the gut before turning and trying to hook Kuttermans head with his left arm for an Ace Crusher. Due to the clumsiness of using his weaker arm Xunkai is only able to hook the move before Kutterman pushes Xunkai off into the ropes. Xunkai hits the ropes front first and bounces off of them slightly but is able to catch himself by grabbing onto them with his left hand. It takes Kutterman a second to figure out Xunkai was able to hang on to the ropes before he charges at Xunkai. The attack is anticipated well though and as Kutterman approaches the ropes Xunkai grabs the top one with his right hand as well and falls to his back, pulling the top rope down. By now Kutterman cant stop and ends up taking a dive over the top rope to the outside. Luckily for him he goes straight to the floor and doesnt hit anything on the way but his luck turns around quickly as he starts to get up. In the ring Xunkai runs at the opposite ropes and bounces off of them before running back at where Kutterman is. Just as Kutterman turns around he is drilled with a Tope Con Hilo from Xunkai!
Both men hit the ground hard on the outside and Xunkais mistake becomes apparent as he grasps at his right shoulder in pain. Kutterman on the other hand got hit in the head by Xunkais back and also hit the back of his head on the floor, making him a very vulnerable target had Xunkai been able to follow up. In the ring Joe begins the count, 1...2...3...4...Xunkai starts to get up slowly and cautiously. 5...6...7...Xunkai is up and goes over to get Kutterman off the ground. 8...9...Xunkai is able to pull Kutterman to his feet with a bit of struggling before throwing him into the ring and rolling into the ring himself. Back inside the ring Kutterman continues to lay on his back on the mat giving Xunkai another idea. Xunkai goes over to the corner once more and climbs to the top. After a small bit of contemplating Xunkai decides on a move and jumps off, going to hit Kutterman with a Legdrop from the top and connecting before quickly covering Kutterman, 1...2...2 count. Kutterman is able to kick out in good time and Xunkai wonders what he will have to do to put Kutterman down along with what he can realistically do. Finally Xunkai devises a plan and gets to his feet before pulling Kutterman to his as well. Xunkais plan doesnt get anywhere currently as Kutterman kicks him what looks to be a bit down low, getting jeers from the crowd. Xunkai falls to the ground after this and Kutterman rests a bit before bringing the light heavyweight back to his feet and setting him into a Pump Handle Slam position. Kutterman doesnt do a slam though but instead he does the Pump Breaker, hitting Xunkais injured shoulder with it and causing Xunkai extreme pain.
Kutterman smirks as Xunkai rolls on the ground in pain. Grey Fox once again asks Xunkai if he wants to quit in the match but Xunkai says no and pushes himself up to his feet. Kutterman is all Xunkai finds there though. Without a second though Kutterman grabs onto Xunkais shoulders with his hands and squeezes them along with pushing Xunkai down to his knees. Xunkai is helpless as Kutterman inflicts more and more pain onto Xunkai and the injured shoulder. Xunkai tries to fight out but Kutterman wont let go. Finally Grey Fox decides to step in and make Kutterman break the hold as it is clear Xunkai wont give up and that he is injured badly enough. Grey goes over to Kutterman and tells him to break it and Kutterman does surprisingly. Of course Kutterman doesnt do this without reason and immediately confronts Grey Fox, asking why Xunkai gets special treatment. Grey threatens to disqualify Kutterman but it doesnt really matter to him since he would keep his belt. Kutterman finally backs Fox into a corner but is surprised by a dropkick from behind by Xunkai that sends him into Grey Fox, knocking the referee down and out before he knows what happened. Kutterman is a bit dazed from the attack two and clumsily turns out of the corner right into and Ace Crusher from Xunkai. Kutterman falls hard to the ground and Xunkai quickly pulls him towards the center of the ring before realizing that the ref is out of it. Xunkai sighs and gets up to his feet before going over to get Grey Fox back up.
After a bit of urging and some yelling from Xunkai Grey Fox begins to stir but during that time Kutterman has been able to get back up to his feet. Before Xunkai even has a chance to fight back Kutterman comes behind him and grabs his arms, hooking them and hitting Xunkai with a Tiger Suplex. Kutterman makes sure that Xunkais right shoulder takes a good amount of the impact as they hit the ground. Kutterman then sees that Grey Fox is stirring a quickly covers Xunkai, 1...2...2 as Xunkai is just able to kick out. Kutterman sits up, unable to believe Xunkai is still going, and yells at Grey Fox that the count was slow. Grey Fox doesnt look like he is in the mood to argue as he tries to pull himself to his feet, still a bit off. Kutterman doesnt bother continuing the argument and gets back up to his feet, pulling Xunkai with him. Once he is up he yells at the crowd this is the end and puts Xunkai up onto his shoulder. Xunkai slips off though and pushes Kutterman to the corner where he is able to stop himself and turn around. He ends up turning into a European Uppercut from the left arm of Xunkai before Kutterman uses that same arm to hook Kutterman by the neck and turn into the corner for the X-Flip! Kutterman counters though and shoves Xunkai off into the corner. Xunkais injured shoulder collides with the top turnbuckle as this as is done and Kutterman quickly rolls him up and puts his feet on the ropes for leverage, 1...2...3!
And the winner of this match, and still your Gaia Champion, Bryan Kutterman!
The crowd jeers this loudly, some for Xunkai being cheated out of the belt, some just because they hated Kutterman. He doesnt care though as he rises to his feet and is handed the Gaia Championship belt by Grey Fox. Xunkai is helped to the outside by officials and is escorted to the back to get his shoulder checked out as Kutterman continues to celebrate. He rejoices by holding the title close to himself and looking down at it with his back to the ramp. When suddenly, the lights turn pitch black. Bryan looks up, in confusion when his most feared theme song runs through the PA.
"ONE OF A KIND!!!"
One of a Kind by Breaking Point tears through the Arena. But its not the song itself that scares Bryan but the wrestler this song belongs to. Immediately after doing so, red mist on a slanted position were let of on either side of the entrance ramp, forming a thick X in the middle. But it wasn't long before the red fog turned thick and it covered the whole of the entrance. Bryan immediately snaps towards the ramp, eyes widened and jaw dropped, to see if what he thinks could be true. Unfortunately for him, the fog was too thick to see through and nothing could be seen. That is until, a dark figure slowly began to walk forward of the mist. The fact that there was a tall figure was seen but not the details of it so there was no way to determine who was this person. But everyone in the arena were cheering, knowing and hoping that this figure was Rocky even though they were a heel based crowd. This figure then turns around and walks towards the back as the fog slowly thins out. After the fog thins out, the figure stops, his back to the crowd and to Bryan. The face could not be seen but what was written on his Black T-Shirt is what catches everyone's attention. The camera zooms in on it as the crowd give of a sudden gasp. The back of the T-Shirt reads first in white bold letters 'TARGET:' then right below it, it says in even bolder red font: "KUTTERMAN!' with a green target sign surrounding 'Kutterman'. Bryan simply gapes at this scene as the figure eventually walks to the back, his face still being anonymous.
