The Barton Arena is packed with fans, a hum filling the arena consisting of fans' voices. The crowd is obviously ready for the event to begin. Suddenly, the lights in the arena dim and the crowd immediately erupts into cheers, knowing that this meant the start of the PPV. The BarTron comes to life, showing scenes leading up to the Pay-Per-View, accompanied by a dramatic orchestral soundtrack.

The music suddenly becomes very dramatic as we are seen the last minutes of footage from MaXimum Carnage.

A man in an Ottawa Senators jersey and a black mask slamming a pair of brass knuckles into the back of Steve Twist's head

[cut]

The mask falling off, revealing the man to be Omega, as he locks in the Omega's Prison on Twist

[cut]

Omega standing over Twist with a microphone, his words heavily distorted to sound even more foreboding: "Three words...Omega...Is...BACK."

We are suddenly brought to the Madness after MX Carnage, where we see Steve Twist and Omega trading blows at the top of the entrance ramp.

[cut]

Steve locking in the Omega's Prison on Omega. Suddenly, the sound of Blade's entrance theme drowns out the music as we see him walk out onto the ramp, microphone in hand. Twist finally stops the submission due to Jack Frost pulling the two apart. Blade brings the mic up, looking severely annoyed with the two.

"I'm tired of this. When he appeared at Eternity, Omega wasn't even supposed to be there...He showed up without me knowing. In fact, it was only hours after he appeared to attack you that I officially signed him. And in his contract, he demanded one World Heavyweight Championship shot...And he's gonna get that shot against you, Steve, on December 10th, at Mutual Annihilation...BUT, this is gonna be done my way...You wanted an Ultimate Submission match...DENIED! I'm tired of you two trading wins back and forth in every gimmick match known to man...It's time to end this, and I really know of one way to properly end nine months of hatred like this. December 10th, Mutual Annihlation, it will be Steve Twist versus Omega for the World Heavyweight Championship. And sorry about your damn luck because it will be inside..."

Blade stops to flick both men off, and as he says his next line, his voice is once again synthesized.

"HELL...IN A CELL!!!"

The screen fades out, and we suddenly see the silhouette of two men trading punches, their silhouettes outlined on a cement wall. Suddenly, one man hits a hard right hook to the other, and as the blood flies out of the man's face, it lands on the wall, spelling out the words "Mutual Annihilation". The crowd pops as the lights come back on and a guitar riff resounds over the right side of the arena, two drum beats coming on the left. Suddenly, the song hits its full verse, and most everyone recognizes it as "Right Now" by Korn.

Dark red pyro shoots off at the top of the entrance ramp, following the beat of the guitar strums, the crowd cheering extremely loudly as the song moves into its first verse.

I'm feelin' mean today...
Not lost not blown away...
Just irritated and quite hated
Self control breaks down

Why's everything so tame?...
I like my life insane...
I'm fabricating and debating
Who I'm gonna kick around

The pyro moves down the entrance ramp as well, moving back up as it reaches the end, following a circuit, shooting off with the bass guitar beat.

RIGHT NOOOOOOWWWW!!!
CAN'T FIND A WAY TO GET ACROSS THE HATE WHEN I SEE YOU!

RIGHT NOOOOOOWWWW!!!
I FEEL IT SCRATCH INSIDE, I WANNA SLASH AND BEAT YOU!

RIGHT NOOOOOWWWW!!!
I RIP APART THE THINGS INSIDE THAT EXCITE YOU!

RIGHT NOOOOOOWWWW!!!
I CAN'T CONTROL MYSELF, I FUCKIN' HATE YOU!!!

I'm feelin' cold today
Not hurt just fucked away
I'm devastated and frustrated
God, I feel so bound

So when I feel the need
I think it's time to bleed
I'm gonna cut myself and
Watch the blood hit the ground

All the pryo shoots off at once now periodically, still following the bass guitar strums, pyro now shooting out of the turnbuckles as well.

RIGHT NOOOOOWWWW!!!
CAN'T FIND A WAY TO GET ACROSS THE HATE WHEN I SEE YOU!

RIGHT NOOOOOWWWW!!!
I FEEL IT SCRATCH INSIDE, I WANNA SLASH AND BEAT YOU!

RIGHT NOOOOOWWWW!!!
I RIP APART THE THINGS INSIDE THAT EXCITE YOU!

RIGHT NOOOOOWWWW!!!
I CAN'T CONTROL MYSELF, I FUCKIN' HATE YOU!!!

The pyro stops, but the theme keeps going, though at a lower volume level, as we cut to our announcers.

Vic "The Voice" Hartman: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to BTWF Mutual Annihilation! I'm Vic "The Voice" Hartman!

James "Headhunter" Sharpton: And I'm James "Headhunter" Sharpton! Hot damn, Vic, we have an awesome Pay-Per-View tonight!

Hartman: That's right, Jim. Coming off one of the most brutal Pay-Per-Views ever, BTWF MaXimum Carnage, this Pay-Per-View will bring about the end to many of the conflicts started there! Starting off, of course, with the BTWF Television Championship!

Sharpton: And it's not just any old match, Vic. It'll be Makuta going up against Anthony Voorhees in a Casket Match! I can't wait!

Hartman: Neither can I, Jim. In this match, the winner is the first man to put his opponent inside a casket, and close the lid. Whoever is outside the casket at the end of the match will be our Television Champion!

Sharpton: I've got my money on Voorhees, Vic. He's shown us in the last month that he means business, and that he wants that title around his waist once again.

Hartman: It's true that Voorhees has a good chance of winning this match, Jim, but I wouldn't count Makuta out. He isn't the longest reigning Television Champ for nothing.

Sharpton: Yeah, yeah, we'll see...After that, it's another stipulation match, and hopefully one that will end a feud that's been going on for about two months now.

Hartman: That's right, it's Victor "The King" Bidwell going up against the deranged Raymond Kage in a Capitol Punishment match!

Sharpton: This match is all about strategy, Vic. There are three BTWF logos scattered around the arena, and those are the only places you can pin your opponent for a win.

Hartman: Only one is in plain view, the logo next to the ring there. But no logo can be used twice in a row, so if somone breaks out of the pin, the competitors have to go find one of the other logos.

Sharpton: And don't forget that this match has NO disqualifications! I think Kage is definitely gonna be at home in this kind of match, Vic.

Hartman: You're probably right, but Victor has shown himself to be a fearsome competitor in the past. We'll see how this one goes later tonight. After that, it's Tag Team Title action, as the Renegade Souljahs go up against the Generation of Legends!

Sharpton: The GoL shocked the fans a few weeks ago when they took the titles away from Seraph and Kanyon. Will a new team of upstarts be able to take the titles from the huge Iron and Apolo? Only time will tell.

Hartman: After that, a match of indecision will finally be righted as Hell's Guardian and Twilight Tokyo Rose face off to decide who is the real Small Fry Champion!

Sharpton: A lot of people have mixed feelings on this match. Hell is a veteran to the BTWF, and has had fans a lot longer than Twilight, but then again, Twilight garnered attention to herself almost immediately after joining the BTWF. The time of half-champions is over. Who will become the full Small Fry Champion?

Hartman: We'll certainly find out. Next, it's Fatal Four-Way Action for the Gaia Championship, as Bryan Kutterman, Rocky, The Heat and Shadow Starr all face off against one another!

Sharpton: We know Rocky and Kutterman's feelings toward each other. They'll be going at it tooth and nail the whole time, no doubt. But The Heat and Shadow are partners...Are they going to be able to get past that in an attempt to take the title?

Hartman: It'll certainly be interesting to see, Jim.

Sharpton: You're right about that. And then, the big one. Possibly the most anticipated match in BTWF history, next to our main event back at Eternity. Steve Twist. Omega. HELL IN A CELL for the BTWF World Heavyweight Championship!

Hartman: This is certainly going to be a brutal match for both men, Jim. I don't even know how they're going to survive it, with the hatred these two have for each other!

Sharpton: Oh, you're CERTAINLY right, Vic.

Hartman: ...?

Sharpton: *sigh* Nevermind...Let's just get to our first match.
