Victor Cross takes the microphone from ringside and steps into the middle of the ring for the final time tonight. *Ladies and Gentlemen, it is now time for the Eternity main event!*
The BarTron flickers on to a blank white screen and a familiar voice is heard across the Barton Arena sound system.
“I have a photographic memory of pain and suffering. Your delusions and lies force you into the agony of your existence. You wait for a messiah with nothing but more of this for you. But to those who can believe there is one to rise up from the ashes and save them…” *With that the voice fades out and suddenly these words appear on the screen: STEVE “SAVIOR” TWIST The fans in the Barton Arena start cheering wildly as Revolution by P.O.D. starts to play over the sound system. “More calm then a heartbeat that flatlines / Quiet like a dark street under the moonlight / A phrase of action that’s been screamed from the guts of men / Ever since their first experienced injustice, prejudice, discrimination / A word louder then a gunshot / And softer then a baby’s laugh / It will pass, just like it always has / Until it spits off the lips of the next man who’s had it up to here / Did somebody say a Revolution? / Or is it all in my head? / Is that what it takes to make a solution (solution)” With that Steve appears from the back wearing his wrestling attire of short tights and boots along with his hooded coat except all of it is white and the letters of the word Twist on the back of his tights are red and look like blood. His elbow and knee pads are black still and his wrist tape white but he is also wearing a necklace that has a pendant of a bird on it. His coat also says Steve Savior Twist on the back and has a picture of a sword along with it. Two bolts of black lighting run from the front sides to the back and meet at the tip of the sword which is silver with the initials “SST” engraved in it. Steve bows his head to the ground before he takes his left and right arms and throws them out to his sides. As the next part of the song begins Steve throws his head up and silver pyrotechnics shoot out from behind him making it look as though he had wings like a phoenix. “Not the first or last to imagine it / Acknowledge the concepts, question and grasp it / Rebel against the I, and bring down the self / Mutiny me! Overthrow you! Rebellion starts within, The time is now! / Did somebody say a Revolution? / Or is it all in my head? / Is that what it takes to make a solution (solution) / Did somebody say a Revolution? / Or is it all in my head? / Is that what it takes to make a solution? / Your Revolution” As these lines play the pyrotechnics fade and Steve looks down at the ring. He walks to it slowly and uses the ring steps to enter into it. “Purple skies, devil eyes, hypnotize” Steve faces away from the BarTron and puts his arm up into an X. “Little lies, compromise, fireflies” Steve brings his arms down into a cross. “Samurais, parasite, fly by night, afterlife, materialize” Steve expands his arms to the side once again. “Look alike, stereotype, do or die, lullaby, black and white” “Did somebody say a Revolution?” The ring posts shoot out a white fire and Steve slowly paces around the ring waiting for Big Daddy to emerge from the back. He stops in the middle of the ring and hands his coat and jacket to Joe Schmoe before staring directly where his opponent, the BTWF Heavyweight Champion Big Daddy, is about to step out from the back.
The arena is silent, as everyone is anticipation for the guitar riff to hit and for Big Daddy to come out. Instead, the arena goes dark and a spotlight hits, focusing towards the left of the stage. It shows a drum set, speakers and a microphone on there. There are also four people there, one holds a guitar in front of the microphone stand, another holding a bass to the left of the singer, another guy holding a guitar to the right of the singer and a final person behind everyone on the drums. The house lights are turned back on and the lead singer strums the guitar, as does the other guitarists. They start to play Evolution, despite not being Motorhead. The drums also start to get played to the tune of Evolution as they get to the famous phrase which is said in a deep tone:
EVOLUTION
The guitars and drums kick it up as Big Daddy slowly walks out from the entrance way. He turns his back to the crowd and with the BTWF Heavyweight Title around his waist. Big Daddy raises his arms out to his sides as the golden pyro flows down from below the BarTron as the band sings away.
Evolution is a mystery,
Full of change that no one sees,
But makes a fool of history.
The golden pyro is still showering down, going on longer than it usually does as Big Daddy continues to have his arms stretched out.
Yesterday’s too long ago,
Don’t agree with what I know,
Tomorrow becomes the place to be.
The golden pyro finally fades out and Big Daddy turns around to the crowd as he looks around at the crowd, being jeered for showing his face to the people. Big Daddy continues to slowly walk down to the ring.
I’ve seen the line in the sand.
Time to find out who I am.
Looking back to see where I stand,
Evolution. Evolution.
Victor Cross takes this time to finally get a word in. *And his opponent, from Toronto Ontario, weighing in at 265 pounds, he is the BTWF Heavyweight Champion, Big Daddy!* The crowd jeers this announcement, noticing Big Daddy still with his silver rimmed sunglasses, but his pants are different, still being black, but instead of the purple barbed wire designs he has dark blue designs. Above that is the BTWF Heavyweight championship as Big Daddy goes through the ropes as the band continues with the song.
See my reflection change,
Nothing ever stays the same,
But you know the name’s the game.
Big Daddy steps into the ring and climbs up the closest turnbuckle, bringing his arms out and his hands open, accepting the praise of the fans. He gets nothing more than a heavy rain of jeers.
We all know what it means,
Nothing’s ever what it seems,
Unforgiven, unforeseen.
Big Daddy now takes the belt off of his waist and shows it to Twist, telling him that he’ll never win it. Twist looks on, but doesn’t seem phased by it at all.
I’ve seen the line, in the sand.
Time to find out, who I am.
Looking back to see where I stand,
Evolution. Evolution!
Take that home!
The guitars go off on a solo, drowning out the reaction that the crowd is giving towards Big Daddy. Big Daddy then hands the belt over to Joe Schmoe as he lifts it up high into the air, with the guitars signaling for the end, as does the singer, with the same word that started it off:
EVOLUTION!
A final guitar riff is heard though the arena and both men are brought to the center of the ring. They look straight into each others eyes, neither man standing down as Joe tells them to get to their corners. Both men do as the bell is sound and the match is underway.
Both men start to circle the ring, glaring at each other. The crowd is silent as they wonder who will pull the first move. Both men grapple in the center of the ring to fight for the advantage. Both Twist and Big Daddy seem to be at an equal advantage, taking one step forward, then one step back for the advantage never stays with one person. After a few more tense seconds Steve ends up stepping back twice as Big Daddy has the advantage. This doesn't last though as Steve quickly breaks off from the hold, stepping to the side, and making Big Daddy stumble forward a bit. Big Daddy quickly turns around to see Steve just standing with a smile on his face as they stare each other down for a moment. The crowd quiets down a bit as Steve and Big Daddy begin to circle the ring slowly. Each waiting for the other to move but each unconsciously deciding on the same time as they step forward into another collar and elbow tie-up. Once again they are surprisingly well matched although Steve lacks Big Daddy's size. Neither takes anything for the first few moments of the stalemate but Steve tries to take an advantage by kicking Big Daddy in the gut. Steve misses though as Big Daddy swiftly breaks off from the hold and sidesteps Steve who stumbles forward. This time Steve turns around to see the arrogant Big Daddy staring slightly down at him. Steve shrugs it off though and stands tall as the two settle on another stalemate with the mind games and once again lock up collar and elbow. Finally Steve is able to get the advantage as he breaks off from the lock and grabs the left arm of Big Daddy, turning around him and putting him into a hammerlock. Steve keeps the lock held for a few seconds before Big Daddy swings his upper body around and goes to hit Steve with a right elbow. Not only does Steve block it though but as Big Daddy tries to bring his arm back around Steve sticks his forearm up into the inner elbow of Big Daddy. From here Steve lets go of the hammerlock and turns it into a Full Nelson. Big Daddy doesn't let this go anywhere though as he brings his arms back down to his sides, overpowering Steve in the process, and breaking free of a waistlock Steve tries to lock in quickly before turning around and facing Steve once more.
Neither man can seem to get the advantage in this bout as they once again begin to slowly pace around the ring, each never blinking to make sure the other doesn't make the first move. Finally they step forward again, Steve tries to go into a lock up again but Big Daddy steps out of the way and turns around so he is facing the same way as Steve before bringing his right arm over the head and neck of Steve and putting him into a headlock. Big Daddy doesn't let Steve squirm free as he wrenches in the headlock, so much that Steve's ears start to become irritated as Big Daddy tries to take Steve to the ground. Steve uses his arms to brace his legs as he tries not to relinquish the advantage to Big Daddy who is forcing Steve down slowly but surely. Finally it looks as though Steve is going to fall to his knees but he quickly buries his left elbow into the abdomen of Big Daddy, making Big Daddy break the hold, before quickly grabbing the right arm of Big Daddy and pulling it down with both hands, trying to make Big Daddy fall to the ground now. Big Daddy grabs the upper part of his arm and tries to pull it away from Steve who is tearing at it every which way to just get Big Daddy down into a hold. Finally Steve looks like he'll stop but instead takes only his right hand away from the arm and punches Big Daddy hard in the jaw before being able to bring him to the ground. Steve quickly stands slightly to sit so his left knee is driving into the back of Big Daddy before he grabs Big Daddy's right arm and yanks it backwards. Big Daddy doesn't let out any sign of pain though as he keeps trying to fight out of it but soon does as Steve places his right forearm onto Big Daddy's elbow and starts to pull back on Big Daddy's wrist, trying to rip apart the muscles in Big Daddy's wrist and forearm. Steve continues to tear at the arm of Big Daddy as well as keeps his knee driven into the back of Big Daddy as Joe Schmoe falls to his stomach and asks Big Daddy if he gives up. Big Daddy yells at him saying of course he wasn't going to give up before he uses his left arm to push himself up and get Steve off his back. Big Daddy then tries to lash out at Steve but Steve keeps his distance as he is now torquing the arm by twisting it around at the wrist. Big Daddy forces himself up to his knees before trying to hit Steve again but Steve rises with Big Daddy and keeps the wristlock held on Big Daddy. Finally both are up to their feet and Big Daddy is able to overpower Steve and push him off into the ropes.
Steve falls back first into the ropes but that doesn't stop him from quickly coming back at Big Daddy but this ends up being a mistake as Big Daddy scoops Steve up and hits him with a Back Breaker. Steve quickly brings his right arm to his back and spine as he falls over onto the ground. Big Daddy doesn't take time to rest though as he stands back up onto his feet before hitting Steve with a vicious kick to the spine. Steve lets out a small scream as he feels the pain shoot through his body. Big Daddy shakes his arm out while surveying the damage before taking his foot and bringing it into the air. Big Daddy once again hits Steve dead on with a hard kick to the back and spine before walking over to Steve who is on his side and putting him into a Bow and Arrow hold. Steve yells in pain as Big Daddy drives his knees into Steve's back as well as stretching the legs and neck of Steve. Joe Schmoe doesn't wait long before asking if Steve wants to give up but Steve yells a very clear no at him. Big Daddy keeps the hold locked a bit longer before finally letting Steve go. Steve grabs at his back and kicks his legs in the air slightly as he lays face down on the mat. Big Daddy on the other hand stands up tall and laughs a bit before walking over to Steve and falling down onto the back of Steve with his left elbow, making Steve kick at the mat in pain as he buries his face in it. Despite enjoying this some Big Daddy doesn't waste time as he sits up onto his knees before getting to his feet, only to then quickly step over Steve and sit down onto his back. Big Daddy grabs Steve's head and face before locking him into a Camel Clutch. Big Daddy doesn't just sit there though, instead he elevates himself slightly off Steve's back and slowly moves backwards. Joe Schmoe once again asks Steve about giving up but he doesn't even though Big Daddy keeps moving backwards and putting more pressure onto the back of Steve. Finally Big Daddy almost has Steve so his whole upper body is up off the canvas before letting him go. Steve flops to the ground before being rolled over and covered by Big Daddy, 1...2...Steve kicks out. Big Daddy looks neither shocked or disappointed as he sits up to his knees but instead looks happy as he grabs Steve by the head and pulls him up to his feet.
Big Daddy puts Steve into a front facelock as he stalls for a few moments to taunt the crowd. Needless to say he receives ample jeers for it before he goes back to the task at hand and goes to lift Steve up for a Vertical Suplex. As Big Daddy does Steve wraps his foot around the back of Big Daddy's knee to block the move. Big Daddy lets Steve down after this and seems to be a bit angry as he tries once again to hit the move on Steve. Once again though Steve blocks the move. This time when Big Daddy lets Steve down Steve hits Big Daddy with an uppercut to the gut before pushing Big Daddy back into the ropes. Big Daddy comes right back though as Steve tries to recover but misses a lariat as Steve ducks it. Big Daddy keeps going though and hits the far ropes before once again coming back and trying to hit Steve with a lariat. This time Steve not only ducks the move but also grabs Big Daddy's arms and pins him with a Backslide, 1...2...Big Daddy kicks out. Both men fall to the ground after the pin attempt and are quick to get up. Neither charges the other though as they make it to their feet but instead back away and begin to circle around the ring once more. Big Daddy shakes out his arm slightly as Steve leans backwards and stretches out his back. Finally the two get ready to go at it again as they lock up once more in the center of the ring. Neither takes the advantage right away but Big Daddy is able to push Steve backwards after a few moments. Steve's back hits the ropes after only a few seconds and Big Daddy breaks off to hit Steve with a knife edge chop. Steve is quick to grab his chest after the blow is delivered but Big Daddy is also in a bit of pain as he struck Steve's sternum with his slightly hurt wrist. Steve senses this and as Big Daddy shakes out his arm a bit again Steve springs forward and grabs Big Daddy's right arm. Steve quickly puts Big Daddy into a hammerlock but then puts his head under the left arm of Big Daddy before lifting Big Daddy up just enough to fall backwards and hit him with a Back Suplex. Big Daddy lands right onto his hurt arm and yells in pain as Steve holds his back a bit while getting up to his knees.
Steve sees Big Daddy rolling around and clutching his arm in pain as he stands up. Once again the attention Big Daddy pays to his arm tips Steve off as to where to attack and Steve walks over to where Big Daddy lays. Steve kneels down and hits Big Daddy in the face with a few hard punches which make Big Daddy let go of his arm and block his face. Steve halts the punches as soon as Big Daddy goes to block his face and grabs the right arm of Big Daddy. He extends it to the side before hopping up to his feet and then jumping into the air before finally landing with both his knees directly onto the arm. Big Daddy shouts in pain as Steve sits with his knees on Big Daddy's arm for a few seconds after the impact, 1...2...3...4...Joe Schmoe forces Steve to get off and let go of Big Daddy's arm but Steve only lets the arm go for a few seconds before grabbing it by the wrist again and extending it back out to the side. Once again Steve jumps up into the air and lands with both of his knees on the arm, pain strewn across Big Daddy's face from the move. 1...2...3...4...Steve once again is forced to get off the arm of Big Daddy and as he tries to go for the arm for a third time he ends up being kicked away by Big Daddy who rolls out of the ring as Steve falls bottom first on the mat. On the outside of the ring Big Daddy starts to shake his arm out as Steve stands up on the inside and Joe Schmoe starts the count. 1...2...3...Big Daddy starts to pace around the outside of the ring slowly, making sure he has plenty of time to rest but making sure he isn't a target for Steve who seems to be taking a rest of his own in the middle of the ring as the count continues. 4...5...6...Big Daddy finally seems to have his arm feeling a bit better but as he looks like he will come back in the ring Steve quickly runs over to the ropes Big Daddy is near and slides under them. As Steve lands on the outside Joe Schmoe goes to start a new count. 1...2...3...Steve rushes Big Daddy on the outside and jumps up to hit him but Big Daddy catches Steve in mid-air before slamming Steve down onto the ground with a Spinebuster. 4...5...6...7...Big Daddy stands back up with a smile on his face after he drills Steve into the ground. He shakes his arm again slightly before walking around Steve until he is where Steve's head lays. Big Daddy heaves Steve up by his head before taking him and rolling him into the ring.
Back inside the ring Big Daddy rolls Steve over and covers with a lateral press, 1...2...Steve kicks out. Big Daddy once again seems less than surprised as he then rolls Steve over so his back is facing up. Big Daddy rises to his feet slowly before walking backwards into the ropes. Once he hits the ropes he walks forward before jumping up into the air and driving his right knee down onto the back of Steve as he lands. Steve screams in pain as Big Daddy uses the same type of method to hurt Steve as Steve did to hurt him. Big Daddy doesn't stay sitting on Steve though but instead stands back up slowly and starts to back up again. After a couple of steps Big Daddy's back hits the ropes and he walks forward and jumps into the air. Just as Big Daddy jumps into the air Steve moves out of the way and Big Daddy lands knee first on the ground. Big Daddy curses loudly as Steve swiftly gets up to his feet and runs at the set of ropes nearest him. Big Daddy gets up holding his knee as Steve bounces off the ropes and comes at him but is quickly taken down again as Steve hits a baseball slide to the legs of Big Daddy. Steve gets up a bit slower this time as Big Daddy lands face first on the ground but it doesn't stop him from going over and locking Big Daddy into an STF. Big Daddy winces in pain now as Steve keeps the STF held, doing it almost to perfection. After a few moments Joe Schmoe asks Big Daddy if he wants to give up but once again Joe gets an answer of no. Steve doesn't seem satisfied with this though and lets Big Daddy out of the crossface portion of the STF before grabbing Big Daddy's right arm and pulling it back. Steve tears the arm back pulling it as far as he can as he keeps the modified STF in and Big Daddy is once again pestered to give up. The expression on his face shows that Big Daddy might just be ready to tap out but he starts to will himself to the ropes. As Big Daddy starts nearing the ropes Steve just puts more and more pressure on the arm of Big Daddy, making it seem like an impossible task for him to go just a few more feet. Big Daddy keeps moving though, slowly and in more pain by the second. Finally he is within a few inches of the bottom rope and makes a grab for it, just reaching it and making Steve break the hold. 1...2...3...4...Steve is forced off of Big Daddy because of the count of Joe Schmoe. As Steve is backed off into a corner by Joe Big Daddy yells that when he has his hand on the rope it is Joe's job to break the hold.
Big Daddy uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet as Steve is restrained by Joe for a few more seconds. Finally as Big Daddy gets to a vertical base Steve is let go and rushes at Big Daddy. Much to Steve's surprise though Big Daddy had this already planned and moves to the side as Steve collides with the ropes and falls backwards. Big Daddy then grabs the legs of Steve before stepping through Steve's legs and turning him over into a Sharpshooter. Steve screams in pain as Big Daddy locks the hold in and pulls back on Steve's legs making Steve's back hurt more and more. Steve takes his arms and puts his head on them as he continues to try and fight out of the hold that is inflicting so much pain on him. Steve continues screaming in pain as he lifts his head up and sees the ropes just a couple of feet away from him. He goes to use his arms to push himself up so he can crawl but Big Daddy sees this and pulls back on Steve's legs even more, making it so Steve can't get anywhere near the ropes. Steve continues to try and push himself up but he doesn't seem to be able to, even as the crowd starts to cheer and will him on. After a little while longer Steve finally starts to crawl forward to the ropes, using every ounce of strength he can muster to get there before reaching out and grabbing the bottom rope slightly. 1...2...Big Daddy quickly breaks the hold and turns around to try and kick Steve but Steve is able to slide out of the ring and to the floor. Big Daddy doesn't rest at all as he doesn't want Steve to rest as he follows right behind Steve to the outside. 1...2...3...Steve crawls away from the ring and to the barricade where he holds his back and tries to pull himself up. 4...5...6...Just as Steve gets to his feet Big Daddy comes from behind Steve and hits him with a clubbing blow to the back before turning him around and grabbing his wrist. 7...8...Big Daddy pulls Steve away from the barricade before whipping him into the ring apron. Steve hits the apron back first and Big Daddy quickly slides into the ring to break the count. 1...2...3...4...Big Daddy slides back out of the ring before standing before Steve and slapping him right in the face. Steve bends down and holds his face before standing back up and slapping Big Daddy. 5...6...Both have had it now and Steve and Big Daddy start to exchange right hands on the outside, each hitting each other with one brutal blow after another, neither giving the other an inch. 7...8...9....Steve and Big Daddy continue to slug away at each other but hear the count and each quickly roll back into the ring.
Back in the ring Big Daddy and Steve get back to their feet and try to start where they left off. Big Daddy throws a punch with his right hand but Steve blocks it with his left and makes Big Daddy jerk that arm back towards his chest before Steve starts laying into Big Daddy with right hands that back Big Daddy up into the ropes. Once Big Daddy is on the ropes Steve grabs his wrist and whips Big Daddy into the opposite set of ropes. Big Daddy seems a bit dazed as he bounces off the ropes to where Steve is waiting for him in the middle of the ring but is able to see Steve bend down and react to it by stopping and kicking Steve in the face. Steve grabs his face as he is stood straight up from the power of the kick but is quickly taken down by a shoulder block from Big Daddy. Big Daddy backs off as Steve quickly gets to his feet again but is once again laid out by a hard lariat from Big Daddy that is followed up by a quick cover, 1...2...Steve kicks out. Big Daddy sits up onto his knees and shakes his arm out before standing up and dragging Steve up to his feet with him. Big Daddy quickly puts Steve into a Standing Head Scissors before lifting him up for what could be a Piledriver. Big Daddy then taunts the crowd with a thumbs down expression but Steve fights to his feet as Big Daddy goes for the Cocky Piledriver. Once Steve is on his feet he gets free from Big Daddy and hits him with a hard punch to the face before grabbing Big Daddy's right arm and hitting it with a clubbing blow. Steve then keeps the arm held and kicks Big Daddy in the gut before jumping up and falling, forcing Big Daddy to fall down and have his arm driven into Steve's right knee. Big Daddy hollers in pain as he falls onto the ground, Steve once again focusing on the injured arm. Steve gets up to his feet and walks over to where Big Daddy is laying face up before lifting Big Daddy's upper body and putting Big Daddy into a Triangle Scissor Lock. Big Daddy tries to quickly fight out of the hold but he begins to fade with a pained expression still on his face. After a little longer Joe Schmoe checks on Big Daddy and sees that he might be out. After making sure Big Daddy looks out he grabs Big Daddy's arm and lifts it into the air before letting it drop. ONE! Joe doesn't wait long before bending down and grabbing Big Daddy's arm again before dropping it. TWO! Now the crowd starts cheering loudly as Steve might have the match won. Joe slowly picks up Big Daddy's arm for a third time and lets it drop. THRE-NO! Big Daddy just keeps his arm up, a little over an inch off the ground as he fights Steve off of him, earning jeers in the process.
Once the hold is broken both men get up to their feet. Steve is up first and runs at Big Daddy who is pulling himself up with the ropes. Just as Steve arrives at where Big Daddy has gotten to his feet Big Daddy falls back down with the top rope in his hand making Steve fall over the top rope to the outside. Big Daddy laughs as Steve flops onto the ground from this and starts to jeer the crowd. He turns away from where Steve lays on the outside but is yelled at to turn around as Steve gets up onto the ring apron and goes for the 720 Legacy! But Big Daddy blocks it and hits Steve with a big Belly to Belly Suplex! Steve lands hard on his back and cries out in pain as Big Daddy rests down on the ground for a few seconds as well. After a little Big Daddy gets up to his hands and knees and crawls over to where Steve is lying before hooking Steve's leg and pinning him, 1...2...Steve kicks out. Big Daddy seems a bit shocked that Steve was able to kick out after that brutal move but he doesn't worry as he gets up to his feet and signals that this is the end for Steve as he bends down and drags Steve to his feet by his head. Slowly Big Daddy turns Steve towards the middle of the ring and sets him up for a Rock Bottom! Steve elbows Big Daddy in the temple though and knocks him away. Big Daddy grabs his head and turns around for a moment, walking away from Steve, before turning around into a ROCK BOTTOM FROM STEVE! Steve quickly goes into a cover, hooking the leg, 1...2...2.8! Big Daddy kicks out of his own move! Steve sits up and puts three fingers up, asking for a three but getting two as the crowd dies down slightly. They get right back up on their feet though as Steve tells Joe to get ready to count and lifts Big Daddy up to his feet. Steve then puts Big Daddy in a Standing Head Scissors before signaling for the Salvation. As Steve goes for it though Big Daddy blocks it and hits Steve with a Back Body Drop that makes Steve cringe in pain as he hits the ground. Big Daddy stays bent over trying to gain his breath before turning around to where Steve is beginning to get up. Before Steve can even think about getting up off his knees Big Daddy rushes him and knocks Steve's head in with a vicious knee to the head.
Steve flops over to the mat as Big Daddy continues to rest before dragging Steve away from the ropes and covering him with a lateral press, 1...2...Steve kicks out not surprising Big Daddy. As Big Daddy gets up to his feet Steve continues to lay lifeless on the floor. Big Daddy doesn't seem to know what to do at first but then decides to pick Steve up to his feet and whips Steve into the corner. Steve hits the turnbuckles hard back first and is driven into them even more as Big Daddy charges Steve and his him with a left lariat into the corner. As Big Daddy backs out of the corner Steve starts to fall out of it but Big Daddy catches him and lifts him up before placing Steve up onto the top turnbuckle in the corner. Big Daddy then climbs up onto the second rope and grabs Steve in a front facelock but Steve starts to comeback with a punch to the ribs of Big Daddy before shoving him off onto the canvas. Steve is now on the top turnbuckle with Big Daddy on the ground and he looks around at the crowd. Steve then goes to jump into the air but stops himself as Big Daddy rolls to the outside of the ring, not allowing Steve to possibly finish this match. The crowd boos Big Daddy loudly for this as Steve jumps down off the top turnbuckle and Joe starts the count. 1...2...3...4...Steve rests in the ring as Big Daddy takes a breather on the outside but Steve gets sick of it quick and slides to the outside of the ring in front of Big Daddy where he is hit with a kick to the gut and rolled back into the ring by Big Daddy. Back inside the ring Steve swiftly gets up to his feet as Big Daddy rolls in the ring. As Big Daddy makes it up to his knees Steve turns around and hits Big Daddy across the back of the head with his forearm before bringing Big Daddy to his feet. Steve once again showboats a bit but doesn't waste much time as he grabs Big Daddy up around the neck and goes for the Twister! NO! Big Daddy pushes himself away from Steve who is able to catch himself with the top rope and stay up on the second rope. In almost an instant Steve jumps up, turning in midair and latching his legs around the head of Big Daddy but Big Daddy catches Steve and lowers him, placing his arms around Twist’s waist. Big Daddy then looks to the left, then to the right, then nods, but before he slams Twist down, he places his left leg over Twist’s right arm, then his right leg over Twist’s left arm, the crowd starts to jeer loudly as they see Big Daddy falling forward and hitting Steve with the FULL FURY! The crowd is shocked as Big Daddy rolls over on the ground but some count along with the pin, 1...2...2.8! Steve kicks out of the Full Fury and even Big Daddy has a shocked expression on his face as he shoves Steve away from him.
Slowly Big Daddy makes his way up to his feet, shaking out his right arm that he jarred with the previous move but staring down at Steve mainly and wondering what he will have to do to beat Steve. After a few moments of resting Big Daddy goes to pick Steve up but Steve pushes Big Daddy away from him as he stands up. Big Daddy doesn't like this and charges Steve but ends up running right into a Superkick to the right arm from Steve! Big Daddy grabs his arm as he falls down to the ground and yells in pain. Steve sees his opportunity now to get some rest before bringing Big Daddy up to his feet. Steve grabs Big Daddy's wrist and whips him into the ropes before running backwards into the near ropes. Both hit the ropes and bounce back off before meeting in the middle of the ring. Big Daddy stops but Steve leap frogs over him and keeps going, hitting the other set of ropes and coming back at Big Daddy. Before he can even turn around Big Daddy is hit by Steve with the Unexpected Happenings! Steve quickly rolls Big Daddy over and covers, 1...2...2.9! Big Daddy just kicks out and Steve is furious. Steve quickly gets up to his feet and yells a Big Daddy to get up. Steve continues to taunt Big Daddy as Big Daddy slowly gets to his feet. Finally Big Daddy is up and turns only to get hit with a kick to the gut and locked in for a TWISTER! Steve nails the Twister on Big Daddy and quickly falls down into a cover hooking the leg, 1...2...2.999!! Big Daddy kicks out! The arena quiets down as Steve sits up and asks for a three count but gets a two. Steve falls back down onto his back and holds his head, not knowing what to do now but finally deciding on getting up and picking Big Daddy back up to his feet. Steve then yells one more time and sets Big Daddy up for another Twister but Big Daddy shoves Steve off into the ropes before he can even jump up and quickly falls to his back and rolls out of the ring. On the outside Big Daddy starts taking some deep breaths, trying to rest up some as well as Steve is in the ring yelling at him. 1...2...Steve looks like he will go after Big Daddy but instead waits inside the ring as the count continues. 3...4...5...6...Finally Big Daddy is rested up enough and rolls into the ring.
As soon as Big Daddy slides into the ring he ends up getting stomped on by Steve who doesn't stop until Big Daddy pulls himself back under the ropes and Joe Schmoe makes Steve back away from Big Daddy. Steve is forced into a corner as Big Daddy gets to his feet but Steve is quick to rush at Big Daddy and knock him over the top rope and back to the outside with a vicious lariat. Big Daddy lands on the floor hard and Steve once again yells for him to get up as Joe starts the count. 1...2...3...Big Daddy slowly gets up to his feet, making the most of his time and using the ring apron to pull himself up. 4...5...6...7...Steve is now getting impatient as Big Daddy is still on the outside resting but he bides his time and allows Big Daddy to roll back into the ring. As soon as Big Daddy is back into the ring and to his knees Steve charges him once again. This time though Big Daddy rises to his feet just as Steve meets him and nails Steve with an STO. Steve lays on his back looking up at the ceiling with a dazed look on his face as Big Daddy quickly covers him, 1...2...Steve kicks out. Big Daddy is starting to get anxious to end this match now as he stands back up and brings Steve with him. Big Daddy keeps Steve bent down as he delivers a hard blow to Steve’s back with this left arm, making Steve cry out in pain before putting Steve into a front facelock. Big Daddy hoists Steve up into the air and holds him there for a few seconds, letting the blood rush to Steve’s head but Steve manages to break out of the move while Big Daddy does this and land behind him. Steve then hits Big Daddy with a headbutt to the back of the head before hooking Big Daddy’s arms and hitting him with a Tiger Suplex! The fans in the Barton Arena looked shocked seeing Steve do something like that to Big Daddy but their shock turns into excitement as Steve crawls over to Big Daddy and covers, 1...2...2.5 count as Big Daddy thrusts a shoulder into the air. Steve gets up once again, slower then usual this time as he contemplates his next action, knowing that he is wearing out more and more with every big move he hits or takes. Once he is up he looks over to the corner before pulling Big Daddy up to his feet. Steve slaps Big Daddy across the face before whipping him into the far corner and letting him hit it hard back first. Steve doesn’t charge Big Daddy but instead walks over to the corner and hits Big Daddy with a few stiff chops to the chest before he uses all his strength to pick Big Daddy up and sit him on the top rope. Steve holds his back after this as he climbs up to the second rope but his back doesn’t stop him from climbing to the second rope and putting Big Daddy into a front facelock. Steve doesn’t even pause for a moment as he lifts Big Daddy up into the air and drops him with a Superplex!
Both men hit the ground hard as they come off the second turnbuckle and both seem to be out. Joe Schmoe wait’s a few moments before deciding to start to count them out. 1...2...3...4...5...6...Slowly Steve starts to roll over, clutching his back and crawling towards Big Daddy who he covers, 1...2...2.5 count! Big Daddy once again just gets a shoulder up and Steve is furious but too tired to show it besides on his face. Once again Steve drags himself to his feet at an abnormal pace. He can’t seem to think of what to do to put Big Daddy away but pulls Big Daddy back up to his feet and puts him into a front facelock. Steve hesitates though before waving off the front facelock and turning Big Daddy around into an inverted facelock. Steve then waits for a few seconds, gaining back some breath and strength before driving Big Daddy’s head into the mat with an inverted DDT. Everyone looks on as Steve may have Big Daddy finally, 1...2...2.6 count! Big Daddy refuses to die and Steve looks up with a half amazed half angry expression on his face. Steve pounds on the ground once but knows it won’t do any good as he gets to his feet again. He picks up the pace this time though and yells at Big Daddy to get up off the ground. Big Daddy begins to stir a bit but he isn’t fast enough for Steve who then grabs him by the head and lifts him to his feet only to push him away and kick him in the gut before delivering an Ace Crusher to Big Daddy. Now most of the people in the arena are on their feet as Steve quickly scurries over to where Big Daddy lays and covers him, 1...2...2.7! Steve can’t believe it as Big Daddy’s shoulder kicks up and now Steve is livid. He gets up to his feet in a blinded rage and yells at Big Daddy to get up before picking Big Daddy up to his knees and putting him into an inverted facelock. Steve then falls backwards locking Big Daddy into the Flood of Pain! Most of the crowd goes into a frenzy as they start yelling “tap, tap, tap” at Big Daddy who tries to scream at them but doesn’t have the breath to. As Steve keeps the hold locked in tight on Big Daddy the options for Big Daddy become clear then blurry. The ropes are too far from where Big Daddy is being held and it is doubtful he could manage to break out of this hold so far into the match. Finally Big Daddy raises his hand into the air and it drops but he doesn’t tap. Instead it just drops limply to the ground. Joe Schmoe sees this and goes to call for the bell but Steve swiftly breaks the hold and tells him not to. Steve wants to beat Big Daddy clean and decides to do that by bringing Big Daddy to his feet one more time. As soon as the bottoms of Big Daddy’s boots hit the mat though Steve is swept up into a ROCK BOTTOM! The crowd goes silent as Big Daddy drills Steve into the ground with the Rock Bottom and covers, holding his arm in agony, 1...2...2.999!! Steve kicks out of the Rock Bottom!
No one can seem to believe it and almost everyone in the Barton Arena is ecstatic except for Big Daddy who sits up with an indescribable expression of shock painted on his face. He looks around but doesn’t seem to hear anything except Joe’s voice telling him two after a move he had used to win so many times. Finally Big Daddy seems to regain his composure enough to yell at Joe to count as he covers Steve again, 1...2...Steve kicks out once more and now Big Daddy is extremely upset. He stands up to his feet and contemplates his next more before he picks Steve up and yells for the end. Big Daddy grabs Steve’s wrist and whips him hard into the far set of ropes. He waits for Steve to come back and when he does he lifts Steve into the air and hits him with a Turnaround Spinebuster that looks like it about broke Steve in half. After letting the pain set in, Big Daddy follows with a cover, 1...2...2.7 count as Steve refuses to lose! Big Daddy doesn’t even think about this, now seemingly possessed with taking care of Steve once and for all as he picks Steve up and puts him into a Torture Rack. Big Daddy holds Steve there for a couple of seconds, making Steve’s back hurt even more before hitting Steve with The Beautiful Letdown! Steve yells in pain as he hit’s the ground but Big Daddy doesn’t cover Steve. Instead Big Daddy rises to his feet once more and looks up to the ceiling. He then takes Twist and lifts him to his feet, bringing him to the corner. Big Daddy places Twist on the top rope. Big Daddy then turns Twist to face the crowd. Big Daddy goes to the outside and climbs up from there. He then raises his arms out and the crowd starts to jeer again. Big Daddy then places Twist in a Gutwrench position and lifts him up into the air. Big Daddy then climbs to the top and jumps off with Twist in hand, making Twist fall forward. FINAL CHAPTER BY BIG DADDY!!! The crowd begins cheering loudly, although jeers reign through as well for this but it sets in quickly that Big Daddy is in no better shape than Twist. 1...2...3...4...Joe Schmoe starts to count the men out as the crowd starts to will them to their feet, not wanting the match to end like this. 5...6...7...8...Finally Steve and Big Daddy start to push themselves to off the ground but they may be too late. 9...TE-NO! Big Daddy climbs on top of Twist just in time before he can get up to his feet and before Joe‘s ten count. 1...2...2.99!!! The crowd is on their feet and Big Daddy is shaking his head as he very slowly makes it to his feet. Little does Big Daddy know, Twist is doing the same thing.
The crowd continues to will both on, Steve mostly, and they get to their feet and meet each other in the center of the ring, eyes locked knowing the match is coming to an end here soon and only one can win. After only a few seconds Steve makes a fist and so does Big Daddy and they hit each other with a hard right hand making each stumble backwards and making Big Daddy grab his arm again that Steve has by now almost disabled. Both come right back to the middle again and hit each other with another brutal punch that knocks the other back. Finally Big Daddy breaks off from this trend and walks over to the corner where he pretends that his arm is hurting him too badly making Steve charge at him and right into a drop toehold. Steve’s face smashes into the second turnbuckle and he lays almost unconscious on the turnbuckle as Big Daddy gets to his feet. Big Daddy sees this and follows it up by hitting Steve with a knee to the back of the head and lifting Steve up out of the corner. Big Daddy then picks Steve up and sets him up onto the top turnbuckle so Steve is facing away from the ring before slamming Steve in the back with a few bone jarring shots to the back before climbing out to the ring apron. Big Daddy doesn’t give Steve very long to breathe though as he climbs up the turnbuckles from the outside and stands up on the top. Carefully he pulls Steve up but Steve hits him with a vicious headbutt that knocks both Steve and Big Daddy for a loop. Steve gains his legs back first though and grabs Big Daddy in a front facelock. Steve tries to lift Big Daddy in the air but Big Daddy blocks it enough so with Steve’s back being so hurt there is no way for Steve to complete the move. Big Daddy then pushes Steve down off the top but Steve lands on his feet and kicks the ropes, making Big Daddy lose his balance and fall down as well. Big Daddy lands on his feet like Steve does but doesn’t stay up long as Steve kicks him in the gut and lays him out with a quick DDT. At first neither man moves but Steve begins to move after a moment and gets to his feet, holding his back all the while. He then points towards the corner and climbs to the top slowly. As soon as he gets to the top though he turns around to meet Big Daddy who is also up, not wanting to let Steve take him out while he is down. Big Daddy climbs up onto the second rope and goes to hit Steve but instead is met with a kick to the face from Steve that knocks him back off the top and to the ground. Now Steve stands tall on the top rope and jumps into the air, the flashbulbs going off around the arena as he hits Big Daddy with the TRANQUILITY!!! Steve lands it perfectly and flops over onto Big Daddy to make the cover, 1...2...2.9...3!!!
The bell sounds and the Barton Arena erupts in cheers as Victor Cross takes the microphone into his hand. “And the winner of the match up and NEW BTWF World Heavyweight Champion, Steve Savior Twist!!!”
After a few moments Steve pulls himself up off of the ground and is handed the BTWF Championship. He holds it in his hands just staring for a while before raising it into the air. He had finally accomplished his goal and had also beat easily the most dominant BTWF Champion in history to make it a reality. He barely walks around, just enough to show it to everyone in the arena as he celebrates the victory. Gold and white confetti also begins to blow across the arena as a vast majority of the crowd celebrates Steve’s victory. After a long blood stained path Steve had finally done what he said he would and what he set out to accomplish but he sees a flash from the past as he looks at the entrance ramp and sees the familiar figure of Omega as we fade…to…nothingness.
