Physical Description: Obviously a cruiserweight, Jeff stands at six feet tall, has red hair and a few freckles, and is not all that muscular. Many would agree he doesn't look too threatening. He is always sporting his black gloves, elbow pads, boots, vest, and long tights with flames lining the bottom of the legs, whether he be in the ring or backstage or out on the street somewhere.

Entrance Theme: "Bring The Noise" by Public Enemy Number One & Anthrax

Entrance: The song 'Bring The Noise' hits, and Jeff come out. He gives a little jump on the ramp when the letter D is shouted in the song, and pyro shoots up from the stage (think Booker T, except without the dumb 5-Time hand thing). Climbs into ring and awaits opponent.

Dynamite Cutter: Same as the Asai Street Cutter, Jeff grabs the opponents head for a 3/4 Neck Breaker (Diamond Cutter), but instead flips up and over the opponent, bringing them down to the mat back of the head first.
