Real Name: Aaron Marzola

Height: 6'4"

Weight: 248 lbs.

Hometown: Kansas City, Missouri

Biography: On July 19th, 1977 in Kansas City Missouri, Aaron Marzola was brought into the world. Aaron was never the most popular kid in school, but he did have his close group of friends. One day when Aaron had all of his friends over at his house, they were in the living room, watching television. Aaron came to a stop on a channel that was showing a program called Saturday Night Main Event. Aaron and his 4 friends were immediately hooked on this newly found show. The way these "wrestlers" could get some of these painful-looking moves done to them and still move around after that. Aaron and his friends talked about the WWF at school and found out that a lot of other kids liked it too. So all of Aaron's friends decided to start having a party every Saturday night just to watch wrestling and hang out. About a year before SNME was cancelled, Aaron started weightlifting daily. Then after he turned 18 he went out on a search, for a pro-wrestling school so he could maybe someday be on the big-stage with the wrestlers he admired.

Shortly after he started his search, he came across an NWA training ground. He went into the office of the owner the day he found the place and enrolled in the basic classes. He passed the basics within 2 weeks with flying colors and was immediately put into the advanced class. He was put up against a man that stood 6'10" and weighed 295 pounds. Aaron was intimidated, but he still took on the challenge. Aaron gave the man quite a match-up and beat him within 10 minutes by submission. The owner was so pleased with Aaron's progress that he called the locally televised wrestling federation, known as the BTWF.

The owner came up to Aaron one day and told him to get ready for a trip. Aaron looked at the owner and asked him where he was going, but the owner didn't say. For a few days, Aaron wondered what was going on until he overheard the owner talking to someone one day about what was going on. Aaron was so amazed that he was finally getting a big time shot. So he got all of his wrestling gear ready and headed off to the BTWF in late September. Aaron was thinking, on his way to the Barton Arena where the BTWF was held, about what nickname he should have. Then he came up with the name 'Darkfyre'. He was sure this name would be just fine and when he got to the Arena, he suited up and had his first match against ArchAngel. He won, with help from some people that he didn't know to well, named The Children of Nightmare.

Darkfyre was adopted into TCoN as the newest member and quickly became a badguy. After a few months, Darkfyre got tired of playing as the badguy that nobody liked and quit TCoN. He became a good-guy wrestler again and then got a shot at Austin Azure's Television Title, even though he lost, that didn't dampen his spirits and eventually he got into a little fued along with The Heat and Yuri Yurievich, which led up to a big six man tag match at BloodBath '05 versus Apolo, Ivan (better known as Iron) and Kid Chaos, also known as the Generation of Legends. Even though Darkfyre got pinned, that didn't bother him. Immediately after BloodBath, he was put into a match with Kid Chaos again. But this time it was for a shot at the Tournament of Gods II. Darkfyre lost this match too, but was suddenly and unexpectedly teamed up with Eclipse. They had a little bit of a difference, but they put it behind them and then at Tournament of Gods II, they had a 6 way tag team match for the Tag Team Championship. The teams were; H.A.L.O., Generation of Legends, Nature, Nozaki Twins, Divine Pain and then Legacy of Destruction (a.k.a. Darkfyre and Eclipse). Somehow, Darkfyre and Eclipse got the titles and now they're ready to take on any challenge that comes their way.

Entrance Music: "Wish I May" by Breaking Benjamin

Entrance: A heavy guitar riff blares over the speakers and the lights begin to flicker on and off.

RAWWWW!

Right after the big drum solo kicks in, red pyros shoot up into the air in five different places and then the lights come back on and stay on, then they start strobing from dark red to black. Then they begin to spin around the arena, over the crowd and the ring. They finally come to a stop at the entrance ramp, right on the curtain that leads backstage.

Shove me under you again.
I can't wait for this to end
Sober, empty in the head.
I know I can't never win.
Why should I have to wait
I'll just look the other way.

After the first line of lyrics in the song are sung, Darkfyre walks out from behind the curtain as the all the lights focus on him. He casually strolls down the entrance ramp and then stops in the middle of the ramp and takes a step backwards and looks around at the crowd, soaking up the cheers that he is getting. He rolls his shoulders and continues walking down the ramp.

We left this land of shiny lights,
I wish I may, I wish I might.
When all these dreams have come to end,
You wish you were, you're not my friend.

Darkfyre reaches the ring and then takes a left towards the steel stairs. He walks up the stairs and turns left, walking along the ring apron and stopping in the middle of the apron, leaning across the ropes with his back, playing to the crowd. He lifts his arms up off of the ropes and then leans down, bringing his right leg over the second rope and climbing into the ring. He walks around the ring and pumps himself up for his upcoming match.

Signature Moves:

Can't Escape the Fyre: Darkfyre gets his opponent into a corner and then lifts them up and puts them upside-down and slides one of their legs under the top turnbuckle. Darkfyre then walks across the ring, parallel with his opponent. Darkfyre then runs full force across the ring and Baseball Slides, kicking his opponent right in the face with his boots. (Can also be used with a Chair as a Hardcore Move.)

The Light After Dark: Darkfyre reaches down and grabs one of his opponent's legs and hooks under it so that his arm is under the their leg. He then reaches over the opponent's head/neck with his free arm and locks his hands, so the opponent is bent down with their head and their leg is held up in the air. Darkfyre lifts his opponent up and falls backwards, throwing them over his head. This move is sometimes used as a counter to a victim's high kick. (Also a counter move.)

Zionplex: Darkfyre hits a Tiger Suplex followed by a Dragon Suplex followed by a Spiking Half Nelson Suplex, but he never uses a bridge to pin.

Fyre Driver: Darkfyre places his opponent in a standing head scissors, holding onto their pants/tights. Then, he pulls their arms up into a double underhook position and pulls them up by their arms into a sitting position on his shoulders and then sits down while dropping them right on their neck like a Jacknife Powerbomb.

Darkhandle Suplex: Darkfyre stands behind a dazed opponent, then he reaches up and grabs their arm, putting it in between their legs. He grabs the arm and hold onto it. Then, he reaches up and wraps his other arm over their other arm and lifts them up into a Pumphandle Drop position. Instead of dropping them, he falls backwards, flipping them overhead.

Finishers:

Fyre's Heavenly Redemption: Darkfyre gives his opponent a kick in the gut, making them bend over. Then, he takes their head and places it between his legs in a Standing Head Scissors. He grabs their arms and wraps them up into a butterfly position. Then he jumps, taking their body weight up into the air with his own. Then he rotates their body some and make them land directly on top of their head.

Darkstar Nova Burst: Darkfyre's opponent is standing in front of him, and then he throws his arm across their chest. Then he takes his other arm and wraps it around the back of their neck, then he lifts them up into the air with both arms, letting go with his left arm that is around the back of their neck, slamming them down to the mat with his right arm, with all of his strength.

Burning Clutch: Darkfyre gets his opponent on their back and then holds on to one of their legs. He steps between their legs and puts his foot to one side of the opponent's hip and bends their leg so their shin lies across Darkfyre's thigh. Darkfyre then turns the opponent over onto their stomach and scissors their leg. Darkfyre then reaches forward and places both of his arms under the opponents arms and locks them behind their neck. Darkfyre puts pressure on their neck and then rolls onto his back, placing his opponent above him in the air, facing upward and continues to put pressure on their neck with the Full Nelson until they either tap out or pass out.

Finality: Darkfyre puts his opponent in a Standing Head Scissors before hooking both of their arms and lifting them up in the air for a Butterfly Suplex. He then drops to one knee and brings his opponent straight down in a vertical position to smash their head and neck down on to his extended knee as hard as he can. (Rare)

Gimmick: He's cocky, egotistical and thinks he's the best thing to come into the BTWF since it's inception.

Catchphrase: "Your finality is coming."

Face/Heel: Face

Titles Held: BTWF Tag Team Championship (w/ Eclipse)

Alliances: Legacy of Destruction (w/ Eclipse)
