There's a lot more talking in the Barton Arena than normal, even for right before the start of a Pay-Per-View. This is due to the EGW and GEWE fans that have crowded into the arena as well. Most of it is friendly conversation, fans from other feds clearing up some questions about rivalries, but there is a bit of competitive spirit between the fans, a poll seeming to be going around over what will be match of the night. Eventually, however, all conversation is shattered, replaced by an uproarous cheer as the lights in the arena dim.
On the BarTron, a picture is showed of a large city, the buildings in ruin, however, covered in ice and snow everywhere. Cars can be seen turned over in the streets, and many buildings are tipped to the side from the weight of huge icicles hanging down off of them. A loud, dramatic voice can be heard over the speakers, sounding almost like Victor Cross, BTWF's ring announcer.
The harsh, biting cold of defeat is one that we've all felt at some point in our life.
In that bitter condition, one strives to find the cozy warmth of victory.
However, there are some defeats that are final, some conditions that cannot be escaped.
And at that moment is when the temperature feels like it has reached...Absolute Zero.
The camera turns and stops on an arrangement of icicles on the side of a building. Suddenly, a tremor rips through the area, and the icicles come crashing into the ground, landing in the snow, which appears to be extremely deep. The camera tilts its view suddenly, and the crowd cheers once again as they see the icicles have landed to spell out the words "Absolute Zero".
The arena is bathed in a bright blue light as the chime and electric guitar opening of "Cold" by Static-X rips through the sound system, the crowd getting on their feet and erupting into cheers as white pyro slowly showers down from sets above the BarTron, seeming like snow, the first verse of the song kicking in, Wayne Static's rasping, whispered voice filling the speakers.

Two jets of water suddenly spray up from either side of the entrance ramp, and due to some kind of technology, freeze immediately, forming two large icicles, the song moving into its second verse, snow pyro still falling.

Suddenly, light blue pyro erupts through the icicles, shattering them and making them melt at the same time, the crowd cheering as the music recedes in volume and we cut to our announcers.
Vic "The Voice" Hartman: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Absolute Zero, a co-production of Gaian Extreme Wrestling Entertainment, Extreme Gaian Wrestling, and our very own Barton Town Wrestling Federation! I'm Vic "The Voice" Hartman!
James "Headhunter" Sharpton: And I'm James "Headhunter" Sharpton! Well, Vic, how does it feel to be commentating on the BTWF's, as well as EGW's and GEWE's, first ever join Pay-Per-View?
Hartman: It's great, Jim! This is a milestone in Gaian wrestling!
Sharpton: Damn right. And while the BTWF has a great card up tonight, we'll tell you about that later. First, let's head over to our GEWE commentators, Trent and Sam. Guys?
Sam: Thanks, Jim. Ladies and Gentlemen, GEWE also like to welcome you all to Absolute Zero. I'm Sam, and commentating with me tonight is Trent.
Trent: GEWE would also like you to buy more of our Pay-Per-Views and send us money.
Sam: Er...Nobody needs to be told that, Trent.
Trent: Hey, if it means I'll get paid more, I'm letting everybody know.
Sam: ...Anyway, we've got three great matches lined up tonight. First, it's Rocker going up against Dark Dragon for the Television Championship!
Trent: And we all know who's winning this one...
Sam: I don't think anyone can predict the outcome of a great match like this, Trent.
Trent: Maybe if you're stupid. Anyway, we've also got a lovely women's battle, with Trita Straty facing off against Kaye!
Sam: Also looking to be an interesting match as these two skilled women face off!
Trent: And finally, a match to determine the new #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, with Shocker facing Heartbreaker!
Sam: The World Heavyweight Championship is a coveted prize, and these two men will do whatever neccessary to get it.
Trent: They better, or I might find myself bored...And now we go on to EGW's commentators, Barry Roth and Craig Milton.
Barry Roth: Thanks guys! Just as BTWF and GEWE have before us, Extreme Gaian Wrestling would like to welcome you all to Absolute Zero! I'm Barry Roth!
Craig Milton: And I'm Craig Milton! EGW's got a great card tonight, with three championships on the line.
Roth: All of these are bound to be great matches, especially with the stipulations attached!
Milton: Damn right! First up, we've got Phoenix going up against Jail Break for the Flyer Championship!
Roth: These two cruiserweights are bound to put on a great high-flying match to determine the champion.
Milton: Most definitely, though I can't say I really like either of them...
Roth: Either way, Craig, you have to respect their abilities.
Milton: To make me puke? Anyway, after that, the Shooting Star Championship is on the line in a Ladder is Legal match!
Roth: That's right! Matty will go up against Mike "Dorset Giant" Dixon in this match that's sure to entertain with a ladder involved!
Milton: I don't see why not! With a stip like that, it's got to be good!
Roth: Seems like it to me. And finally, EGW's main event, a Four-Man Light Tube Match for the Inter-City Championship!
Milton: It'll be Bryan Kutterman, Money Mike Michaels, The Phantom and Lone Wolf all going up against one another in this brutal hardcore match!
Roth: While I may not be too fond of the stipulation, I can't deny that this is going to be a great match.
Milton: Maybe because you're weak? This is going to be an awesome match, and you know it!
Roth: I never denied that...Anyway, that's all for us. It's back to Vic Hartman and James Sharpton for the BTWF matches.
Sharpton: Thanks guys! And now we have BTWF's three matches scheduled for this card. First off, it's a grudge tag match, with Anthony Voorhees and Hika Lai going up against The Faction!
Hartman: Back at Mutual Annihilation, Jaice Wilds effectively "ended" Anthony Voorhees. But "Terror Ryzing" is back, and he's got a partner this time. This match will settle the differences, and The Faction may pay.
Sharpton: May? MAY?! Are you nuts?! You think they actually have a chance?!?!
Hartman: It's perfectly possible, Jim...But I digress. After that, it's a match for the Gaia Championship, with Rocky going up against the newly-returned Revision!
Sharpton: BOW DOWN TO THE FUTURE!!!
Hartman: Oh god...
Sharpton: If there's anyone in the audience who has any thought that Revision won't win this match, I deem thee an idiot.
Hartman: Jim, Rocky has proved to us all that he's more than worthy of being the champi-
Sharpton: I DON'T SEE YOU BOWING, JIM!
Hartman: Er...Yes...Moving on...
Sharpton: WARGAMES!!!
Hartman: ...Yes, Wargames. BTWF's main event of the night has the team of Big Daddy, Raymond Kage, Shady and the Twins of Death going up against the team of Darson Grays, The Tiger, Maxwell Conners, Hell's Guardian and Victor Bidwell!

Hartman: Obvoiusly a match you don't want to miss, folks. And now we move on to the two inter-fed matches tonight. First, we have a Hardcore Brawl that will take place throughout the entire arena. One person is declared "IT" at the beginning of the match. The way to become "IT" is to pin the person that's "IT". The last person to be "IT" wins. Representing BTWF, we have Darkfyre, Dark Lord, Kid Chaos, Xyler, Shadow Starr, Makuta, Eclipse, Jeff Dynamic, The Powerhouse, The Eliminator, Locasta, Shadoh, Irvine Kanyon, Seraph, Akira Tenshin, Samantha Cruz, and Jack Frost!
Sharpton: Representing GEWE, we have Carnage, Darth Mitey, Peppertaker, Schneider, Joey, Demon, and TNT!
Hartman: And representing EGW, we have Worlock, Any Body Killa, Shadow Magus, Frost, Apocolypse and Abora Asula!
Sharpton: Twenty-eight wreslters in all! It's bound to be an amazing match. And the winner gets a World Heavyweight Title shot in his or her fed!
Hartman: And finally, a Triple Threat of champions, with all three feds' world heavyweight champions going up against each other! Omega vs. Vick Wagner vs. Unholy Meatpuppet!
Sharpton: The winner won't get any title, but he will certainly garner a lot of respect.
Hartman: No matter what, it's going to be a wild night, and we don't want to keep you all waiting. Let's get to our first match!
