Wind-Mill

Start off by running round in a few six stepz, then slide down so that you end up on your shoulders. If you have come down hard enough, you should spin round, so while this is happening jab your elbow into your gut, stiffen your legs, and try to spin with the best speed and momentum you can.

To reach a standing position after, spin once more and then push out with all your power, and try to land upright.

Kip up

Sit down with your legs slightly bent and out ahead of you. Now roll back a few times. After rolling back again keep on your shoulders. now bend your knees fully, and jerk your shoulders forward whilst pushing with all your might using your hands. Snap your legs out and then bend them back quickly for balance and an easy landing.

Dolphin

Leap up into a handstand and try to carefully lower yourself down chin and chest first. As your chest hits the floor, roll your body gradually downwards. As your feet hit the floor shoot them back up to launch into another.

Worm

This time start by slipping down to your knees, and then roll the rest of your body forwards. First groin, then stomach etc. And when your chest gets to the floor, kick your feet back and push with your hands to get back up.

One hand flyover
Go into what would be a cartwheel but place one hand out of the way of the floor. continue to turn and try to end up on your feet!!!
