Neshaminy's Pirozzola honored as best
PHILIPSBURG - Neshaminy High School wrestler
Michael Pirozzola was named the Outstanding
Wrestler Saturday night at the Philipsburg-Osceola
tournament.
Pirozzola won the 152-pound championship,
helping the Redskins place fourth among eight
teams. Norristown won the team crown.
Other Neshaminy champions were Jonathan Denny (a
Harry S Truman transfer making his Neshaminy debut
at 103 pounds), Mike O'Neill (125) and Jack Fleming
(189).
Heavyweight Joe Mitskas was the runner-up.
Richie Palmer (130) and Tom Frazer (145) took third
place. Bill Hunt finished fourth at 160.
