2nd Annual Gifts For The Holidays Craft Show Information & Application

This show is open to artists representing all mediums who design and produce their own original work. Kits, molded items, and commercial patterns will not be allowed. All exhibiting artists must be present throughout the entire show. Booth sharing is allowed. Please send full information on each artist. Each artist is responsible for collecting PA sales tax as required by law.
Exhibit Space
We provide a 8X10 space only. Artists are required to have back drops and all tables must be draped to the floor. Limited electricity is available at an additional fee. Also tables are available at an additional fee.
Set Up & Tear Down
This event is scheduled on Saturday, November 26th from 9am - 3pm. All exhibitors may begin set up as early as 6am on November 26th . Everyone should be set up by the time the doors open at 9am.
Tear down is at 3pm.
We ask that tear down be in a timely manner as there is another event scheduled to follow later that afternoon and all exhibitors will need to be out by 4:30pm.
No tape, adhesive, tacks, nails are to be used on floor or walls of building.
Entry Submissions, Fees and Cancellation
Application must be accompanied by 2 photographs of your work.
Photographs will not be returned. Payment of fee is required with application. Upon receipt of application your photographs will be reviewed and those artists who are not accepted will have their checks returned to them via your self addressed stamped envelope. Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until October 15th. There will be no refunds after October 15th
For those applying online, 2 JPG‘s must accompany your application. Upon approval you must mail a check or money order along with a signed application for your space at the event. Your space will only be held for 7 days. If payment and application is not received in that time the space will be released.
Deadline
Until full. You will be notified of your acceptance in writing via your self addressed stamped envelope.

Exhibitor Agreement:
Exhibitor certifies that all work exhibitor offers for sale is original work designed and executed by exhibitor. It is understood that any photographs sent may be used in promotion of said event.
All exhibitors are responsible for their own work. Interchange Designs & PWE will not be held liable for loss or damage to work or property or for personal injury.
Let it be understood that any damage exhibitor may cause to building is the sole responsibility of exhibitor.
This agreement shall be constructed under the laws of Pennsylvania. The undersigned enters into this agreement voluntarily and is legally bound hereby.
