JR: Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Raw is War were coming to you live from the sold out Coral Center here in the Heart of North Carolina. Quite an interesting card here today, and it consist of only two matches. That's right, its Chris Benoit vs. Rob Van Dam for the World Wrestling Federation Championship and Shane McMahon vs. The Big Show in a Hell in a Cell match up! After that match, the Alliance gets five minutes with the Big Show.
JR: And my god what a match that will prove to be.
(Benoit's music blasts over the PA system)
Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, this next match is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the World Wrestling Federation Championship! On his way to the ring, the challenger, he is the WWF Intercontinental Champion, the "Canadien Crippler" Chris Benoit!
(RVD's music blares over the announce system)
Garcia: And his opponent, he weighs in at 224 pounds, he is the World Wrestling Federation Champion, Rob Van Dammmm!
(Crowd bursts into cheers)
JR: Oh my whatta match up this is going to be. Benoit and RVD are just about ready to square off.
Cole: Ya gotta think what's going through this talented young superstars minds. RVD charges at Benoit..
(Bossman's music hits, as the crowd erupts)
Garcia: And the special enforcer in this World Wrestling Federation match up by orders of Vince McMahon, The Big Bossmmmaann!
JR: The Bossman is here, Vince sent him out. One can only wonder why Bossman was sent out here, maybe to aid if Shane should strike tonight?
Cole: I don't know JR but this match is ready to go and both superstars have so much to gain.
Hebner calls for the bell, Ding, ding ding.
JR: Benoit charging at RVD, he misses, and Van Dam comes back with a huge standing lateral kick. Benoit is down early.
Cole: RVD working on Benoit's back, kicks to the midsection and to the sternem. Rob Van Dam continues to work on Benoit's back. RVD off the ropes and lands a big time elbow drop. Benoit is down. RVD is climbing to the top rope. Could he be looking for that 5 star frog splash?
JR: Already? RVD better not try anything he'll regret in the near future. RVD flies through the air and misses the frog splash. Benoit and RVD are both down. Benoit is getting to his feet as RVD is in big time pain.
Cole: Why would he go for such a high risk move so early? Ya gotta think RVD is a little timid and wants to get this thing over with. Well he better watch out or were gonna crown a new champ tonight.
JR: Benoit lifts RVD to his feet and now lands a huge suplex. Chris brings RVD back to his feet again, and nails a belly to back suplex and RVD is down again.
Cole: Now Benoit has the upperhand. The wolverine picks up RVD and throws him down again with a nice scoop slam. Van Dam is in a whole world of trouble. Benoit lifts up RVD and tosses him into the ropes.
JR: And Bossman pulls down the top rope as RVD goes flying outside the ring down to the concrete!
Cole: Bossman pulled the rope down to make sure RVD fell outside the ring. Now Benoit is having Hebner check on his leg as Bossman delievers punches to RVD. Bossman now tosses RVD into the ring post. This is not looking good at all for the WWF Champ.
JR: Bossman throws RVD back into the ring. And a cover by Benoit.
Hebner counts, 1....2..
JR: A break out, I thought he might have had him. Benoit now working on the neck of RVD with a sleeper hold. Hebner checking to see if RVD wants to tap out.
Cole: Saying no is RVD. RVD is trying to break the hold, an elbow. Another elbow, and RVD is free, he runs to the ropes and..
JR: OH GOD, Bossman delievered a nightstick shot. The ref didn't detect it. And now Benoit with a fishermen's suplex.
Hebner counts, 1.......2.....
JR: Just broke out.
Cole: Wait JR, here comes the Alliance! Shane, Booker T, Test and Stone Cold!
JR: Business is about to pick up Michael!
Cole: Inside the ring Benoit uses a arm bar take down and RVD is back to the mat.
JR: Bossman is preventing the Alliance to get to the ring. Wielding that nightstick in the middle of the entrance ramp so the Alliance can't get through.
Cole: Shane and his posse are standing at the top of the ramp wondering what they should do.
JR: Inside the ring now Benoit nails RVD with a huge drop kick. Benoit is going to the top, could it by the flying head butt!?!
Cole: Benoit is ready for take off! And he nails it!!!
Hebner counts, 1......2.......3
JR: It's over! We got a new WWF Champion!
Garcia: The winner of this bout, and newwwww World Wrestling Federation Champion, Chrrisss Bennnooiittttt!!
JR: Shane is livid! The Bossman held his ground and allowed Benoit to score the pin! The alliance is retreating as the Bossman and Benoit head up the ramp. What will happen next?!?
Goes to commercial
JR: Well were back folks, and the cell has been lowered and were moments from the much anticipated Hell in a Cell Match up between WCW Owner Shane McMahon and WWF Superstar the Big Show.
Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, this next match is scheduled for one fall, and it is a Hell in a Cell match up! Introducing first, he is the owner of WCW and one half of the WCW Tag Team Championship, Shane McMahon!
(The crowd begins to boo as Shane McMahon makes his way to the ring)
Garcia: And his opponent, he weighs in at 500 pounds, he is the Biggg Shoowwww!!
(The crowd get to their feet and begin cheering)
JR: Well were just about set, the door to the cell has been locked and there's nowhere to run. Shane looks a little timid in the corner as the Big Show is taunting him. Shane McMahon is walking towards the Big Show, their face to face. What's this about?
Cole: I don't know JR. Oh, big time slap from Shane to the Show. I don't think Big Show liked that very much. Oh look at the power.
JR: The Big Show is lifting Shane up with one hand. And he tosses him down like a rag doll. Shane looks scared.
Cole: The Big Show hovers over Shane as he slides outta the ring. Shane McMahon is outta the ring and is looking for something to defend himself with. The Show is in pursuit of Shane as he runs to the otherside of the ring. Wait, Shane has a chair he picked up from behind the apron. Big Show better watch out now.
JR: Oh good lord, Big Show punched the chair right through Shane's face. Shane is out cold!
Cole: Big Show has a huge advantage now. He could pin him here and win. But that's not what it looks like he wants to do. Big Show picks Shane to his feet. Shane's gonna go for a ride, Chokeslam, Alley oop!
JR: A big time chokeslam and Shane's in a whole world of trouble now. The Big Show is showboating now, he poses for the audience as they applaud loudly here at Raw is War from the Coral Center in N.C.
Cole: The Big Show better get focused, Shane's not outta this by a long shot! The Big Show is picking Shane off the floor.
JR: Oh whatta low blow by Shane! No DQ's here, and the Big Show is down.
Cole: Smart move by WCW's Owner and President Shane-O-Mac. Shane is back to his feet as the Show is in obvious pain from that low blow. Shane has a chair, Big Show doesn't know it. Show is getting to his feet, AND A HUGE CHAIRSHOT by Shane!
JR: I think Big Show may be out cold!
Cole: The cover by Shane, referee Nick Patrick from WCW makes the count.
Patrick counts, 1.....2...
JR: And a big time break out by the Show as Shane goes flying! I'm surprised JR, WCW Referee and Chief Nick Patrick actually counted fairly. No quick count or nothing!
Cole: And ya gotta think Shane will remember this. Shane still has the chair and is delievering blow after blow to the leg of the Big Show!
JR: Big Show's in trouble. Shane throws the chair down and slides under the rope. He's pulling something from under the ring. What is it?
Cole: It's a table JR! Shane has a table. He's throwing it in the ring. Big Show is still down. Patrick checks on the Big Show as Shane begins to set the table up. Big Show is getting back to his feet, Shane doesn't realize it. Shane's got the table set up. He looks like he wants to use it!
JR: Wait a second, Big Show from behind! He's got Shane set up for another chokeslam!
Cole: What the hell JR? Referee Nick Patrick just hit Big Show in the back with a chair. Shane falls to the ground. It doesn't even look like the Big Show was dazed by it. He turns around and stares at Patrick.
JR: And now Shane throws something in the Big Show's eyes! I think it was some sorta white powder. Big Show can't see. Patrick nails the Big Show in the head with another chair shot. Big Show falls through the table that Shane had set up earlier. He covers the Show!
Patrick counts, 1..2.3
JR: What the hell, a quick count! Shane has won it, it's not fair Michael, its just not fair.
Cole: WWF Official Mike Keado opens up the Cell door as the Alliance come rushing down! Their gonna get their five minutes now.
JR: It's not fair, its a 8 on 1!
Cole: Keado locks the door once all Alliance members are in. Stone Cold with a big time stunner on the Show! Booker T picks up the Big Show and delievers a huge axe kick. And now all 8 guys are pounding away at the Big Show. This is horrible JR!
JR: The Show needs help!
Cole: Another chair shot by Shane. And now Booker T is setting up a table as Test picks up the Big Show. Test, Austin, Booker T and Shane are gonna try and suplex him through the table. The other alliance members look on. They can't get him. They get a little more help and they succeed. Big time suplex as the Big Show is on dream street.
JR: Get help out here, the Big Show's in trouble!!
