[STAFF]

Alexander Zanatos - A high level man in multi-media company Blade Entertainment. A trained fighter as well as a shrewd buisnesman. Zanatos was chosen by Blade Entertainment owner Eric Lansheer to run the IWA. Alexander is in charge of practically everything in the IWA. With the backing of Blade Entertainment and a keen mind for this business, Alexander is perfect for the job. Zanatos created "The Foundation", and ran Jeffy Andrews out of the IWA. Upon Andrews's return, Zanatos went into hiding, and hasn't made an appearance on Shockwave since, barring one exception. Although he has the 40% lions share of IWA, he is forgotten about when it comes to the political battles between Dawn and Set Malachai. With Blade Entertainment rumored to have collapsed, Zanatos is also rumored to be in money troubles. Zanatos has a wrestler's bio

Set Malachai - Set Malachai was appointed Interim Vice Prez, but the position ended up permanent when he proved to be excellent at staffing. Formerly Redbone "The Advocate", he wrestled in IWA's now defunct feeder fed, Bad Blood Wrestling. Although he never won the BBW Heavyweight Title, he was widely acknowledged as the best wrestler in the fed. Set came to the IWA as a manager for The Regulators (Karl Pace and Brad Blackstone). After former VP Max Bryant was indisposed by Kai Scott, Alexander Zanatos and Mr. Dude hammered out a deal on who would be the temporary VP. Set was the decision they arrived at. Although both Dude and Zanatos expected to have influence over Set Malachai, he quickly proved uncontrollable and unpredictable. Currently, with Zanatos indesposed, Malachai is actually fighting for justice against Dawn. Although he plays the role of a nice guy perfectly, there is a veiled malice behind every last one of his actions. Set has a wrestler's bio

Dawn - Dawn was the first ever IWA Champion crowned, winning the now defunct IWA Womans Title at LBWF End Of An Era 2. She was also the girlfriend of the IWA Commissioner, Mr. Dude. Her wrestling career in IWA never really took off. She was kidnapped by one of Dude's foes, and while she was doing that, her tag team partner went on to singles success. In the winter of 01, Dawn turned on Mr. Dude and left the buisness. She reappeared in the summer of 02, claiming to be pregnant with his child, and a group of thugs to harass him. Dawn and Dude agreed to a match - they'd each pick 3 wrestlers to represent themselves, and fight at CAL Myths & Legends. At M&L, 9/30/02, Dawn's team won when Mr. Dude was betrayed by Kai Scott. Dawn became the new commissioner. Dawn has a wrestler's bio

Cito Conarri - Formerly Inferno Kid of the LBWF. He was denied a wrestling contract into IWA by Alexander Zanatos, but worked his way into getting Mike LaRocca's spot as color commentator while Mike was the Hardcore Champion. Cito caught on with the fans, and when Mike returned to the booth, Cito stayed on as technical commentator. Cito knows more about actual wrestling than almost anyone else. He's a face-oriented commentator, and considers Cruiserweight wrestlers to be automatically superior to others. He usually does his job well, but sometimes goes off into pointless stories about his career in Mexico and LBWF. Cito has a wrestler's bio.

Steven Styles - Steven Styles had a storied LBWF career. He demanded wins backstage, so he was jobbed. He then claimed he had copyrighted his name and forbade LBWF to use him... which they did anyway. The LBWF/Styles spite continued as Styles was brought to IWA as a part time interviewer and full time janitor. However, he ended up on commentary once, and his idiotic commentary became a hit with the fans, he's now IWA's backup color commentator. Even later, when Dawn fired Steven Cook and Mike LaRocca, she promoted Styles to full time color commentator. No longer being forced to embarass himself by various staffers, Styles has become a cult favorite with fans. Even though he prefers heels and applauds their cheating tactics, the fans like him.

Brad Blackstone - Formerly a bodyguard to Set Malachai and one half of the tag team The Regulators. When Karl Pace left the IWA and Set decided he didn't need bodyguards anymore, he made Brad Blackstone the play by play commentator for the Florida Night Life title defenses. Blackstone has a lazy sort of sense of humor, and being a former hardcore wrestler himself, has a deep respect for these kinds of matches. Blackstone has a wrestler's bio here

Deanna D'aimore - Deanna is the girlfriend of IWA wrestler Ronnie Long. Tired of wrestlers using her to try and play mind games with him, Long went to Set Malachai to try and get her a job with IWA that didn't involve fighting. He came up with the job of FNL Color Commentator. She does this job well, and she's relatively safe here, considering people would have to go through Blackstone to get to her, and not a whole lot would be interested in doing that. Deanna has a (terribly outdated) wrestler's bio here

Tracie Ferraro - IWA's beautiful ring announcer. Tracie, aside from Mike LaRocca, is the only LBWF non-wrestler to have transferred over into IWA. Despite the fact that she seems an ideal target for bullies, Tracie has never been troubled by any wrestler or employee of the IWA, and is noted for her almost disdainful disinterest in the various wrestlers who attempt to put moves on her.

Mark Hemmingway - One of the Interviews. Also backup play-by-play commentator. Mark is known to be a huge 'mark' and gets very excited when meeting famous people, such as IWA wrestlers. He's also a complete moron, and the only person he isn't scared of is Steven Styles. Mark also is the backup play-by-play commentator. He can usually call the matches fairly well, although he tends to sometimes lose his mind when he notices he's on camera.

Rena Taylor - One of the Interviewers, also backup technical commentator. Rena is a very attractive blonde with a voluptuous figure. Unfortunately for the many guys in the IWA, she's a lesbian, and won't have anything to do with them. Probably the IWA's most popular interviewer, for obvious reasons. Sometimes comes across as ditzy, but has a surprising amount of knowledge about wrestling psychology. Maybe it's best we don't ask how she came about this knowledge.

Michael Thompson - The head interviewer of the IWA. Michael is probably the only real normal interviewer, he doesn't get overly excited and he knows lots about wrestling. Michael has been known to be easy to work with. He's very good at asking questions in such a way as to not hurt a wrestlers ego, and can usually calm down angry wrestlers with words.

Steven Cook - Steven Cook used to be the play by play commentator for IWA. He was decent at it, but had a total lack of personality. Dawn eventually fired him, but he was rehired by Set Malachai as a backstage interviewer.

Mike LaRocca - Formerly a color commentator for IWA. Mike also managed to win the Hardcore Title, in what tolled the death knell for IWA's hardcore division. He was fired by Dawn, but rehired by Set Malachai as head of security.

Former Staff

Jeffy Andrews - Andrews is the creator of the IWA. A former 2 time LBWF World Champion, he gathered the roster of the closing LBWF and, with the help of Max Bryant and Big D, brought in other talented wrestlers and workers to create the Innovative Wrestling Alliance. However, Andrews went beserk with power and turned on Bryant and Big D, trying to monopolize the IWA for himself. However, he put his trust in the wrong people, and lost control of the IWA. In a fit of depression, Andrews sold his 40% of the IWA to Blade Entertainment. Jeffy continued to try and fight Zanatos, but his IWA career was ended in a spiked table match at IWA Redemption. Where he was powerbombed through the spiked table by none other than Mr. Dude. Jeffy joined CAL federation New Westchester Championship Wrestling, but a few weeks later, made an attempt on his own life. How he survived is not clear, but he returned 8 months later. Jeffy still has a wrestler's bio

Max Bryant - The man called "The Mastermind". Max Bryant, along with Big D and Jeffy Andrews, was one of the three founders of the IWA. When Jeffy started getting out of control, it was Max that stood up to him. Max continued to battle Jeffy until Jeffy's own stable turned on him, siding with Bryant. Although technically Vice President, since Zanatos allows Bryant to run the majority of the IWA, Max Bryant is currently the most powerful - and dangerous - man in the IWA. Finally, Max is no insignificant wrestler himself, and he surrounds himself with some of the best talent in the IWA. Max is currently wheelchair bound, thanks to a top rope to floor powerbomb he received from Jeffy Andrews. He was later forced by a wrestler named Kai Scott to sign away his vice presidency at sledgehammer point. Max has a wrestler's bio

Mr. Dude - IWA's second commissioner. During the beginning of the IWA, he was just a wrestler. Then, when Jeffy Andrews got Big D fired, D used a contractual "trap door" to place the Commissionership on Dude. Dude spent most of his stint as commissioner not abusing his power. He briefly joined Alexander Zanatos's side in trying to rid the IWA of Jeffy Andrews, but after succeeding, recanted. A few months later, his ex-girlfriend Dawn returned to IWA. They spent some time feuding, and in the end, in a match to determine whether Dude or Dawn would be the commish, Dude was betrayed by Kai Scott, and lost the title. Dude has a wrestler's bio

Big D - Big D was the first IWA Commissioner. While Max Bryant and Jeffy Andrews were fighting for majority control of the IWA, Big D continued to try and keep the fed running smoothly. Jeffy Andrews, wanting the extra power, targeted Big D and his 30% share of the IWA, tricking him into putting it on line in a match. D lost the match, but via contractual swerve sent the commissioner job to Mr. Dude instead of Jeffy Andrews. D has since returned to the IWA, but as a wrestler, not a staffer. D has a wrestler's bio
