KOTR Qualifying Match - Grandmaster Sexay w/Scotty 2 Hotty vs. Edge w/Christian:
The match starts with both wrestlers flying back and forth off the ring ropes executing moves. Grandmaster nails Edge with a missle dropkick and Edge is sent to the outside after he misses a back body drop. Once action resumes in the ring, Edge hits an elbow drop, and bodyslam but Grandmaster counters with an Enziguri. Grandmaster goes to the top and thru some struggling with edge is able to hit a sunset flip into a powerbomb. After Scotty stops some Christian interference, Grandmaster hits the hip-hop drop. However, with the ref distracted Shane McMahon comes to the ring and hits Grandmaster with a chair, giving Edge the 1-2-3. Winner: Edge via pinfall
The faction is shown backstage celebrating now that "Phase 1" is complete thanks to Shane.
The faction heads to the ring and announce Edge/Christian have challenged the Dudley Boyz. They also recap RAW's happenings and make a stipulation for King of the Ring. if the Rock/Kane/Undertaker win whoever gets the pinfall will be the #1 contender, if the McMahons/HHH win, the King of the Ring will be the #1 contender. Vince also announces he has several surprises tonight for Jericho, the Dudleys, the Rock and Kane. (I wonder if there is anything Bischoff can do to stop it!)
Crash Holly is shown looking for someone as Brisco and Patterson also arrive.
T&A w/Trish vs. The Hardy Boyz:
Jeff punches Test with a number of gut shots as the match begins and the Hardys hit a double suplex on Test. Both teams make quick tags as the match continues back and forth. Matt is able to hit the Twist of Fate, but Trish is able to stop Jeffery from hitting the swanton. Albert splashes Matt in the corner and Test then hits the big boot for the victory. Winners: T&A via pinfall
After the match, Trish slaps Jeff who is held by Albert but out comes Lita. This allows the Hardys to clear the ring and Lita to hit a leg drop a la Matt Hardy.
The Undertaker arrvies only to be greeted by his surprise, cops w/ Vince and Bull to arrest him for Grand Theft Auto on Monday. Bull and Taker have a confrontation as the cops take Taker away.
Vince leaves as Shane tells him he'll take care of everything tonight.
KOTR Qualifying Match - D'Lo Brown vs. Scotty Too Hotty:
Scotty hits an elbow but misses a clothesline allowing D'Lo to hit his leg drop. Scotty then gives D'Lo a big back body drop and a bulldog after D'Lo misses a move in the corner. W-O-R-M. Scotty goes for a DDT from the second rope but D'Lo is able to catch him and slam him. But, Scotty is able to hit the move the second time after he moves out of the way of a Frog Splash. Winner: Scotty 2 Hotty via pinfall
Non IC Title Match - Kane vs. Chris Benoit:
Kane hits the majority of moves in the beginning culminating in a face first suplex and a sidewalk slam. As Benoit gets out of the way of a Kane boot, he goes for the crossface but Kane counters and attempts a chokeslam which Benoit reverses and goes for the crossface again but Kane clotheslines him to the outside. Benoit tries to leave with his belt but is tossed back in the ring where Kane goes for a top rope clothesline only to meet the IC-Title. Ref calls for the bell. Winner: Kane via Disqualification
Edge and Christian are shown discussing what the Faction/Regime should be called and decide on Factgime.
As Edge and Christian enter the ring they delight the fans with a new 7 second!!! pose.
Edge/Christian vs. The Dudley Boyz:
The Dudleys take it to EC early with a tilt-a-whirl slam a splash and Saoman drop. Edge then turns the tide by hitting a missle drop kick from the outside. EC double team the Dudleys but they fight back and both teams end up outside the ring and on the ramp as they are counted out. Winners: Double Countout
EC and the Dudleys continue to brawl as DX comes out on the ramp. DX nails Buh-Buh with a steel chair and bring out a dumpster which they put the Dudleys in and roll them off the stage onto some Tables.
The beautiful Stephanie McMahon comes out and joins the commentary.
Chris Jericho vs. Bull Buchanan:
Bull hits the ring , shoves Jericho to the mat and hits a bulldog. shortly after Jericho gives a Bull a boot and hits a missle dropkick knocking Bull ot the outside. Outside the ring, Jericho takes a swig of water and cools Stephanie down by spitting water on her. Back in the ring, Steph gets her revenge by throwing Water in Jericho's face giving Bull a chance ot hit the scissor kick for the victory. Winner: Bull Buchanan via pinfall
Crash is shown in NY looking for something as Brisco and Patterson are shown arguing.
Val calls out Rikishi. Rikishi comes out and the brawl is on. As referees try to break it up, Val nails Rikishi hard with the TV monitors and a steel chair.
Crash is shown again, and we finally find out where he is going for protection, its Shaft (no not what you get when ou buy a WCW PPV!), Samuel L. Jackson!!!! Crash tells SLJ he is one bad MF, as he tells him to shut his mouth. Crash asks for his help and Samuel asks if he tried the APA, Crash answers yes but he has trouble with them. Samuel says it is now his duty to protect him.
Rock is interviewed in the back by Kevin Kelly
Brisco and Patterson run into Samuel L. Jackson and ask him if they have seen Crash. As he gets up off his chair he knocks Brisco and Patterson down.
The Rock vs. Kurt Angle:
They bicker back and forth as Steph and HHH watch from the back. Steph says they should help Kurt but HHH does not want to help him. Steph leaves and heads to the ring as HHH gets up on after her. The Rock starts out by hitting Kurt with a powerslam, but Kurt soon turns the tables and is able to get Rock to the outside where HHH gets in some cheap shots. Back in the ring, the Rock then sends Kurt to the outside. Steph gets up to distract the ref so HHH can hammer the Rock. However, the Rock is ready and blocks HHH and hits him with a punch of his own. Steph hits the Rock with the Women's Belt again away from the ref's view and the Rock chases after her. He is able to get the Rock Bottom, but couldn't get up to pin Angle. HHH gets on the apron but Rocky is able to whip Angle into HHH and then hit the People's Elbow but HHH is bale to get back in and stop the pin. Bull comes and helps HHH and Angle nail the Rock. Kane hits the ring, followed by Benoit and craziness ensues as Smackdown goes off the air! Winner: The Rock via DQ
