The Great Muta didn't physically appear on TV last night for Nitro, However, you did see someone attack Vampiro and then place a Sting mask over his face. A few days ago wrestlingobserver.com reported that Ed Ferrara had come up with an angle for Muta. The angle basically would align Muta with Dale Torborg (The Demon) against Vampiro. Ed Ferrara's original plan to introduce Muta into the Torborg/Vampiro angle was to film a segment with Vampiro and Muta at a graveyard. However, as you noticed last night on Nitro, there were no TV segments with Vampiro at a graveyard. Vampiro did a promo on Torborg from a boiler room. Ferrara's idea at last Thursday's booking session with the creative team was to get a hold of Vampiro and Muta and tape a graveyard segment. Instead, there was no graveyard segment because Vampiro wasn't around in time for WCW to tape it. Ferrara's angle with Vampiro/Muta has not been killed yet
