Hardy Boyz vs.
T&A
Oh, I cringed when I realized Matt and Jeff were to face these huge men! However, as expected, they faired nicely in this bout. Jeff got squashed in the corner but soon after caught Prince Albert with a dropkick. He was then caught by Test with a big clothesline. T&A doubleteamed and overpowered Jeff until he faked out Test outside the ring. While Test was still on the outside, Jeff swiftly got to his corner and tagged Matt, who executed a neckbreaker on Test. Prince Albert rushed at Matt, but Matt countered with a nice Tornado DDT.
As Jeff got back
into the action, he tried a huracanrana but Albert caught him and powerbombed
him holding onto his pants! Meanwhile, Matt got the win with the
Twist of Fate on Test, only to be brutalized by the sore losers.
When T&A left, Edge and Christian suddenly appeared and attacked the
Boyz. With Matt and Jeff laying in the ring, they set up a ladder
and perched atop it, only they failed to see the Dudley Boyz run out from
the back. Buh Buh Ray pushed the ladder over, and Edge and Christian
came crashing down to the mat. The damn Dudleys then grabbed the
ladder and whacked poor Matt and Jeff in succession. Not a very pretty
sight at all. Buh Buh and D-Von then climbed the ladder, sending
out a definite message to the Hardyz and Edge and Christian.
