-In a letter last October to PTC chairman L. Brent Bozell, Vince McMahon threatened to create a character based on Bozell who would "not give a damn about certain constitutional rights," and would "attempt to dictate and control content for all television." It appears that McMahon has followed through on his threat. The past few episodes of WWF Smackdown! on UPN and Raw Is War on USA have featured a character named Steven Richards, who usually enters the arena when some act of violence or sexual indecency is occurring and takes action to stop it. On the June 29 Smackdown! Richards explained that he "did what the network would not do. He did what the producers of the program could not do. I personally took the responsibility to censor what I feel to be vile, profane, and unacceptable marketing material. I did what any respectable organization would do if they had morals, which this one does not."We couldn't agree more with Mr. Richards, especially the part about the WWF having no morals.
-- The promo Tazz cut on RAW this past Monday night was the exact same promo he cut at a TV taping in Oakland. The interview he cut in Oakland was a dark interview, so he was basically preparing for his interview on RAW. The WWF feels that Tazz needs to develop better mic skills in order to get over well as a heel in the WWF.
-WWF female wrestler Ivory has been training to become a broadcaster for the WWF. She will most likely start off on the smaller shows like Jakked/Metal and Sunday Night Heat.
