Rocko and his buddy, Frankie (who is a steel pipe), have been climbing the ranks fastly and talking to each other along the way. Originally, no one took Rocko seriously, but he has become a man to be taken seriously. And if you aren't paying attention, he just might whack you upside the head with his buddy, Frankie.
