that Shane is 'The Best'.. But somewhere within themselves, they all know damn well that
Shane is the past and FUTURE of this very business.. and of this company, the APW. I grant
you the fact that he had an unlucky beginning on Nitro, losing to that no-talent jackass
Kane.. But we all know he's going to bounce back from that without even a scratch on him.
Oh and what a better time to Bounce back than in the APW Nitro World Title Tournament.. ?
There isn't a better time, this is Shane's time to shine bay-bee. Not The Rock's.. not
Buff Bagwell's.. But it's 'The Franchise' Shane Douglas' time to shine brighter than any
man in the wrestling business.. No man deserves it more.

: The Franchise ; The World
Title Tournament.. Eight men step in, One Man steps out the APW NITRO Brand World
Heavyweight Champion. All Eight men are of great Calibur.. Shane Douglas, Kane, Taz, Chris
Jericho, The Big Show, Chris Benoit, and Rhyno.. No doubt not many wrestling companys on
the face of this planet could ever top such a huge event. This World Title Tournament will
give all eight of these men a chance to prove to the world that they deserve to be the APW
Nitro BRAND World Champion.. But in our minds we all already know who the World Champion
is going to be, Shane Douglas, The Franchise.
Over and Over again
we've sat and watched The Rock come out and run off at the mouth like he is King Tut.. But
we all know that Rock is a has-been, No no.. In reality, had Rock not have had the owners
of the business helping him he'd have been a NEVER WAS! Real men earn their achievments..
Like Shane, he's earned everything he has received.. and that's because he is truely the
better athlete between he and Rocky. But Rock definately shouldn't be the only thing on
Shane's mind.. Cause Buff is still waiting on the backburner.. But I say The Franchise is

| The scene opens up in Hollywood,
California... Perhaps Future Home of our Future APW World Heavyweight Champion? An
extremely large and exquisite Mansion can be seen in the distance from where we stand,
everything is quite peaceful until a Limousine pulls in through the large golden gates and
comes to a stop infront of the house.. As the limo stops at the front of the mansion, the
Driver gets out and opens the back door for whoever is in the back of the limousine. As
the door slowly slides open 'The Blonde Bombshell' Torrie Wilson steps out dressed in a
pair of blue jeans, and a white T-Shirt... |

[ Without any further waiting, 'The Franchise'
of the APW steps out onto the nicely paved driveway.. He's wearing a pair of black dress
pants along with one of his many 'FRANCHISE' T-Shirts. He looks into the air and takes a

proud to be having a man of my great calibur to even notice the fact taht they want me to
buy one of their measley little houses. Pff.. They obviously have no idea who I am if they

Franchise.. I'm the man who is going to take ahold of the APW Nitro Brand World
Heavyweight Championship belt.. I'm the MAN that will single handedly defeat, not one..
But TWO men in one night to move on in the APW World Title Tournament.

DOUGLAS : Obviously not.. I'm the greatest
Wrestler breathing today, Sure.. Kane got a lucky win over me. Big Deal. He and I will
face one another yet again someday.. and I guarantee you that the outcome will be
dramatically different, It'll be The Franchise coming out on top with his hand raised in
victory.. and it'll be Kane laying in the middle of the ring, totally demolished by me.
There isn't a man alive that can last two minutes in the ring with the Aura of Greatness
that circles around me.. Not The Rock, not Kane, and sure as hell not Buff Bagwell.

Bombshell' Torrie Wilson : That's right, BABY, Just like You've been
saying for all of these years.. I told you that you made the right decision entering the
APW Nitro Brand... Now look at your position here in the APW, Future APW World Heavyweight
Champion, All you have to do is run through the little amount of competition they've
thrown at you... I hardly even know who these two guys are.. The Rock is definately
widespread among the World.. But what about Buff Bagwell?

DOUGLAS : HAHAHAHA! Ol' Buff Bagwell.. No one
even knows why this punk bothers to stay around the wrestling world. He has how do you say
it..... Overstayn his welcome. All he is good for now is giving people like me a good
warm-up before I have to go and face people like The Rock.. Buff isn't even in my league,
he needs to go back to training camp.. Because being built never helped anyone win the
World Heavyweight Strap. But being The Franchise makes all the difference in this
business.. I'm the most dominant man to ever step into the squared circle. Some people
will say Bill Goldberg, or Brock Lesnar, or Kane, or Undertaker can take that crown.. But
being dominant doesn't always mean being the stronger, or bigger specimen, it's about
intelligence as well. And Intelligence is something that I have by the truck loads. When
you look at Buff, all you see is some guy who can't hack it in the Professional Sport that
we all know of as Wrestling. I mean.. Sure he's built, But he couldn't even do that
right.. Steroids is all he used to do that. Anyone can take a Million Steroids and have
the best physique ever, But we all know the Side Effects of Steroids.. [ Shane takes a long look down. ] Haha.. and I've heard some stories from
the women Buff has been with that totally agree with that schrinking hypothesis.

doesn't belong in this business.. and he definately doesn't belong in a ring with someone
as great as you.

| Shane and Torrie walk up to the door of the
large mansion and knock three times loudly... The door opens and a beautiful Realtor opens
the door and steps out, she looks at Shane and smiles, and Shane just grins devilishly.|

Veronica Flowers: Hello... You must be Shane Douglas, and
you must be Torrie Wilson.

Bombshell' Torrie Wilson : That's Correct.

Veronica Flowers: Well would you like to come in and have
a tour of the house?

Veronica Flowers: Well than lets be on our way. [ Veronica turns
into the house and walks towards the large dining room.] Well this here is the Dining room... It's quite lovely actually, the
design is based on a medieval type of look, and it has all just recently been refurnished
for an even better look, It's fit for a King.

Veronica Flowers: They told me you were cocky, But I had
no idea.

being cocky, if you can back it up, and as you can see He CAN back it up.

the house, All of the Golden decoration you see is actualy Twenty Four Karat(24k) Gold.
The bed, the place where ALL the magic happens is a custom made bed with a double KING
sized matress, and it is about the most comfortable bed on this planet as far as anyone is
concerned.

sayin' the same shit that I said before you even poked your pitiful head out of that hole
for this match. I've noticed that you're getting extremely excited for the match with The
Rock after you and I face one another.. Well cool your jets bud, you won't even be facing
The Rock. I'm going to demolish your punk ass in the middle of the ring.. the only thing
that should be on YOUR mind is standing right here. You see Buff after all of the stealing
of my Good Fortune in WCW, I'll finally get to put an end to 'Buff' Bagwell.. I'll be

idea what kind of hell you can bring him.. You need to ignore the fact that he is even in
the Tournament. You'll destroy him, and than you'll have to worry about Rocky.

DOUGLAS : Yeah you're right, ROCK if you're
listening... then pay close attention. I've slowly, SLOWLY begun to understand the way
your mind works.. It's similar to me in some strange ways. You, Like Me.. Think of
yourself as being a hundred times better than any 'common' athlete. But Rock, If you
underestimate me for one second than I swear to you it'll slap you right across the face.
I'll beat Buff.. Granted. But than you and I will come to face one another.. for the first
time ever mind you, and it will be one hell of a match. But by no means will it be a cake
walk for either one of us.. Big Ego's aside.. You're one hell of an athlete, BUT, You're
not by any means better than the man you will face in the Main Event of Monday Night
Nitro, that man is me. The All-Star Professional Wrestling World Title Tournament STRAP IS
on the line.. I'll bring my A Game, all I ask is that you bring yours. You can continue to
mock me for all you like saying you hardly know who I am.. Well all I have to say to that
is, After Monday Night Nitro, you'll know exactly who in the fuck I am.. I'll put you
through the biggest living hell that you can imagine. You say Rhyno was a pushover.. But I
know deep in your mind that Rhyno scared the shit out of you, and if you're scared of
Rhyno.. than you'll piss your pants at the thought of facing me again after this match,
because i'm not going to hold anything back on you. To be honest Rock, i've never really
been so hyped up about facing a man in a wrestling match like this.. You see, You're the
