| N - I - T - R - O , The One Show that a man of Shane Douglas' caliber could be treated like some average joe.. Like something that he isn't. A World Title Tournament has already begun in the Nitro rankings, and yet.. for some reason beyond me The Franchise wasn't inserted into it. Well not directly anyways.. He must beat one man and than get through to face another and that means that our hero The Franchise must compete not once.. But TWICE in one night. First he must beat Buff Bagwell and secondly he must defeat 'The Great One' The Rock. That's an achievment that not many men could do.. But we're not talking about 'many men' now are we? Hell No. We're talking about the greatest competitor in the Nitro brand of APW..

Shane Douglas : The Franchise ; Bagwell and The Rock have all the right in the world to be scared of The Franchise.. But to screw him over by not putting him directly into the World Title Tournament? What's wrong with this picture? Huh? I'll tell you.. Flair's a bitch. So now Shane has to work his way up AGAIN, like in ECW, like in WCW.. Boring, Snoozefest. By the time he reaches the top.. Flair will be dead, and what's the fun in that? But like it or not, Douglas cannot disrespect Flair's wishes.. So on next weeks edition of Monday Night Nitro, Shane is set to face Buff 'The Stuff' Bagwell in a One on One Singles Match. For What? A shot later in the night to face The Rock to move on in the World Title Tournament..

Well.. Actually Franchise is getting a little bit of an extra something, Sure i'll grant you that it's nothing important to his career. Nope. But to himself.. This next match is very important, it will settle the little rivalry that both Douglas and Bagwell have shared for each other since they collectively held the WCW World Tag Team Championships dominantly. Douglas was obviously always the better man.. Winning the matches.. Saving Bagwells ass, you know all the shit like that. But Buff will be the first to deny that he is and was nothing without 'The Franchise' to watch his back. Where would Buff be if it wasn't for Shane Douglas? Either in a Dumpster looking for food.. or Dead, One way or another.. you wouldn't give two squirts of piss of whether he wrestled or not.. But regardless of the fact that Shane carried Buff for their whole tag team careers, Shane is still coming into Nitro with Bagwell's Blood on his mind.. Bagwell has finally fucked up for the last time and now Shane is prepared to make Buff and The Rock understand what it means to become.. F R A N C H I S E D ! |

| The scene opens up backstage at the Arena home to the first ever APW Nitro Brand Broadcast.. Most of the talent has cleared out now, but we hear voices to the rear of us. The cameras begin to follow the voices.. We begin to near the sound of the voices which leads us to a locker room that reads 'Franchise' on the front of the locker room door. The door is cracked and as the cameras enter the room it begins to slide open even more.. As we enter the locker room we see none other than Shane Douglas.. The Franchise.. The Nitro Superstar, he's wearing a pair of Black Jean Pants and a 'Franchise' T-Shirt. Sitting next to Shane on the couch is the beautiful Torrie Wilson.. Dressed in a pair of black leather pants, and a golden tanktop. Torrie smiles at Franchise as he is sitting down on a large black leather couch with his head in his palms looking somewhat miserable.. |

' T h e - F r a n c h i s e '  SHANE DOUGLAS : Damn it. That lucky piece of shit.. I can't believe it, lucky fucker.

'Blonde Bombshell' Torrie Wilson : Calm down baby.. Just let it go.

Does Ric Flair no what in the hell he just did signing me in this match with Buff Bagwell to put me into a match with the Self Titled 'Great One'? He just signed the APW Nitro World Championship in blood over to yours truely.. THE FRANCHISE!

' T h e - F r a n c h i s e '  SHANE DOUGLAS : In his Career? Pff.. More like in his WHOLE FUCKIN' LIFE! This dumb prick has made my whole fuckin' career alongside him a living nightmare, and when I take the World Title.. I'm the Man. He'll have to kiss MY ass.. and you better believe that regardless of what he tries to do, I'm going to get my pay back.. you'd better believe it. But Ric, One question I must ask you is.. what in the HELL were you thinking throwing some old piece of trash like Buff 'the nothing' Bagwell into a match with moi? You know as well as I know, as well as Torrie knows that i'll mop the floor with Ol' Buffy Boy. God knows I carried his puny ass back in WCW when we held onto the World Tag Team Titles.

'Blonde Bombshell' Torrie Wilson : Oh I remember that.. hehe.. he actually thought he was worth something. Yet he never did anything other than prance around the apron while you beat the crap out of all of those nobodys back in the WCW.

' T h e - F r a n c h i s e '  SHANE DOUGLAS : Think of one time that Buff's presence in a match actually mattered in a match, or in the Wrestling Business for that matter.. He's nothing, a nobody.. I don't even know what Flair was thinking letting this little punk step into the world of the 'Big Boys' of the Business. All that's going to happen is Buff will walk down the ramp, cocky as ever.. we all know how that pompous little piece of shit is. But anyway, he'll climb in through the ring ropes jump around flexing the muscles that he has.. and than 'Deep Purple' will hit the p/a system, and Torrie and I will make our way to the ring, i'll climb in.. and before you can blink Buff will be lying in a puddle of his own blood. The cameras will zoom in on me, i'll be walking back up the ramp without an ounce of sweat on my amazing physique, and i'll go to the back to get ready to beat the living SHIT out of The Great One. Do you know why this is Torrie?

I'm not like some people, not singeling anyone out [COUGH]ROCK![COUGH], I don't just tell everyone i'm the best.. I go out and PROVE to all of these dumb asses watching at home that I am The Franchise, no questions asked. But Rock, you see Rock enlists the help of even LARGER Jackasses than himself, if that is even possible, to help him rise to the top. For instance all of a sudden Vince McMahon is on his side after years and years of hating the man's gut and likewise.

Well than unfortunately for The Rock, Vince will be leaving soon enough because Mistake Numero Uno : Accepting a World Title Tournament match that means that it is even somewhat possible for him to be facing myself.. BIG MISTAKE! [ Shane smerks devilishly into the camera at the thought of defeating the Rock on Nitro. ] HAHA.. God what fun it will be to prove to the whole world that I am the man that deserves recognition for what i've done in the past, Not you Rock. You WERE the youngest WWE World Champion.. than Brock Lesnar popped up out of no where and blew your record away.. But i've never even been recognized before, simply because WCW didn't let me do what I needed to do to succeed, and ECW wasn't widely distributed as far as fans go. But Rock.. You've gotten all you deserved in the past, Now it's my turn, Now The Franchise takes the spotlight.. and not to mention that the APW World Championship Strap will be around my ever so perfect waist.

' T h e - F r a n c h i s e '  SHANE DOUGLAS : Rock.. you're Ego is way bigger than you truthfully are, You think that you're some big hollywood Star because you made some minor role in The Mummy 2, than suddenly they make a spin off movie of that dumbass Scorpion Character that absolutely no one would watch had it not had been you in it, and the fact that all WWE was remind you to go check out the movie helped as well.

We've heard it all before.. and quite fuckin' frankly, it's gettin' damn old.
