Each player/team helper owns his/her storyline/character/angle and accomplishments at the (e)CWF. The "owners" have no right to claim ownership over player storyline/character/angles. Thus, as long as the html and copyrighted material are respected- players may make websites to host their bios/have forums to discuss CWF stuff/and chatrooms.
