Anthony Hansen
After leaving Any Dream Will Do, Anthony was offered a place
at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where he is now doing a
3 year BA course in Musical Theatre. He hopes to break into
the West End when he has finished his course.
Chris Barton
Chris was snapped up shortly after Any Dream Will Do to play
Benjamin in the touring production of Joseph and the Amazing
Technicolor Dreamcoat. Starring alongside Craig Chalmers and
Keith Jack, he also alternates as the Narrator and Joseph in
several of the weekly shows.
Chris Crosby
Chris is currently starring in the touring production of
Half a Sixpence with Gary Wilmot. He will be taking a break
from the tour over Christmas to appear in the panto,
Cinderella, in the Theatre Royal Windsor, starring alongside
fellow Joseph Johndeep More.
Johndeep More
After leaving Any Dream Will Do, Johndeep appeared in the
touring production of Nevermind The Broadway. He can now be
found appearing alongside fellow Joseph, Chris Crosby, in
the pantomime Cinderella, in Windsor. Johndeep was also
lucky enough to receive funding from the BBC's Musical
Theatre Bursary to help pay for singing lessons and
membership to the actors union, Equity.
Seamus Cullen
After Any Dream Will Do, Seamus appeared as of one the lead
vocalists in the tour of Thriller Live – a tribute to
Michael Jackson. He has also released an EP with his band,
and is working on producing a brand new musical.
Lee Mead
After winning Any Dream Will Do, Lee went straight to the
West End to take on his role as Joseph in Joseph and the
Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. As well as doing eight
performances a week, Lee has made countless TV and radio
appearances. A particular highlight was performing in
Wembley at the Concert for Diana. He has recently released a
hugely successful album which includes this top-selling
debut single, ûGonna Make You a Starú. In his short time as
a West End leading man, Lee has already notched up a host of
awards, including Lastminute.com's Peoples' Choice for ûBest
Newcomerú, the Variety Club's ûAward for Outstanding New
Talentú and the much contested award for ûRear of the Yearú.
Keith Jack
Straight after Any Dream Will Do, Second place Joseph, Keith
found himself entertaining royalty when he performed before
Her Majesty the Queen at Picnic At The Parliament in
Edinburgh. He is currently playing the Narrator in the
touring production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour
Dreamcoat.
Craig Chalmers
After Any Dream Will Do, Craig closed the door on his
cabaret days and took on the role of Joseph in the UK
touring production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor
Dreamcoat. He has also been recording an album featuring
other Josephs from the programme.
Lewis Bradley
Finishing in third place, Lewis went straight from Any Dream
Will Do to tour the country in the production Chicago and
Beyond, a musical show featuring a compilation of hits from
big shows. He recently received the exciting news that he
will be covering for Lee Mead as Joseph in the West End
during Lee's holiday periods in 2008.
Daniel Boys
Daniel went straight from Any Dream Will Do to perform
alongside opera star Bryn Terfel at the Royal Festival Hall,
in a dramatised concert of Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of
Fleet Street. Soon afterwards he took on a role at the
Landor Theatre in a production of I Love You Because and is
now starring in the West End's Avenue Q.
Rob McVeigh
Potential Joseph Rob the Builder left the building site for
good after Any Dream Will Do, and returned up North a local
celebrity. Having done over fifty school appearances and
various charity gigs, Rob is now starring in the panto of
Cinderella in his home town of Sheffield.
Ben Ellis
After being stripped of his Joseph coat, Ben joined the
touring production of The Music of Dirty Dancing which saw
him perform at various venues, in both London and Slovenia.
His success didn't stop there: shortly afterwards Ben landed
a leading role in the West End production of Hairspray,
which opened in November and has already received stunning
reviews.
