Piper

• Piper's primary power is the ability to slow down molecules to a complete stop. Which gives the vessel the appeareance that it's frozen. This power hasn't yet advanced.
• Piper's second ability is the ability to speed up and scatter molecules. If the object or person is "weak," when Piper gestures, the molecules will scatter so distantly, that they will not be able to regroup. If the vessel is "strong," when Piper gestures, the molecules will hover and revolve around the vessel until they reform.
