This here is a true story, I went to order at 10:20 and found that they would not pick up their phone. Dissapointed I noticed that they had a fax number and vowed to get my revenge. Here is the letter I faxed over to them the day after.

To whom it may concern,
On the eve of 4/24 I had the sudden urge for Chinese food. I rummaged through my house and found a menu for your wonderful establishment. Being a Sunday evening I knew that most places closed early but your menu states that you are open till 10:30. Seeing this I literally jumped for joy knowing that I soon would be enjoying some of the best Chinese food around.
Mouth watering I picked up the phone and dialed your number…

I tried back 5-6 times hoping it was a fluke but in the end I knew I had been tricked! I earlier that day was scheduled to work 11-4. I had a wonderful fishing trip planned for 5 when I would get home, but low and behold I had some customers who need help come in at 3:55 and did not get out till 4:45. I very well could have shot them down and told them to come back Monday but I didn’t. It is called customer service, to keep your customer base happy you need to at least meet certain expectations (staying open till you’re advertised times).
What I’m saying is that you just lost a loyal customer, I will no longer take my whole family down to gorge ourselves at your buffet, No longer open my door to the smiling face of your delivery people carrying bags of delicious Chinese treats.
