Hi!!! I thought I would tell you a little more about my daughter.
She was the cutest baby!!! Of course, all babies are cute, especially if they belong to you. She was a good baby. She slept through the night. Hardly ever cried.
There was 9 years difference between her and my older three children. It was like starting all over again. She was an angel from the day she was born. The only one of my children, that was born, when the doctor said she was supposed to be born.
The doctor said she was supposed to be a boy, but I told the doctor she was going to be a girl. I guessed I showed him.
Shannon was a miracle if ever there was one!!!

Hi!! I am creating this blog for all parents who have lost a child. I lost my daughter three and a half years ago and am still having trouble with accepting the fact that she is gone and will never come home again. I have started a website to let people view and enjoy some of the things my daughter was interested in while she was growing up. My daughter was 24 years old when she died in a car accident. She was born January 11, 1977. She was my "Baby" and that is what I called her. Her name was Shannon Marie. Shannon after the song "Shannon" that was very popular in 1976 and Marie after Marie Osmond from the "Donnie and Marie" show that was on television in that same year. If you have a child that you lost and would like to talk about him or her or make some comments about them, feel free to do so. I would like to hear about circumstances surrounding their passing or any other thing that you would like to talk about. If I can help in any way I will be more than be glad to.
