Seb woke up with a start, as he realised he'd fallen asleep at the end of the table the night before. He took a quick look to either side of him to see if anyone noticed, then he realised his half peeled orange was still in his hand.

"Uh, I wasn't asleep!"

Sariss sauntered into the Great Hall. For no reason at all she felt more cheerful than in quite some time. She also felt hungry for the first time in ages.

A smile spread over her face when she saw Seb sit at the Slytherin table--or he was rather resting his head on it, a half-peeled orange in his hand. She watched as he jerked awake, exclaiming "Uh, I wasn't asleep!"

Sariss giggled slightly and walked over to where he was sitting.

"Good morning, Sebbie," she said, still smiling.

OH! Hello Sari mate! But, I wasn't asleep." He stated, a nod to settle the argument. He then looked around the table, letting go of the orange.

"Hmm. I crave ... " Seb narrowed his eyes on a big bowl of something. "Is that puke or oatmeal?" With a shrug he picked up some toast. "Can't go wrong with toast. And milk." Saying that, he began to pour some milk into a goblet.

"How are you then?"

"I'm awake, I guess," Sariss grinned. "How've you been? Haven't seen you in... um... a day or two, I think. I'm losing track of time. Been sleeping too much apparently."

She sat down near Seb and grabbed some toast, butter and marmalade to prepare her breakfast. "Haven't eaten anything in a while too. Maybe that's the explanation for my little fainting bout earlier in the Duelling Chamber," she mused and took a large bite off her toast.

"Yup, fainting in the dueling chamber is baaaaad." He said, taking a bite into his toast. After he'd finished his bite, he placed it back on the plate.

"I need to duel with someone else, I can't get used to dueling with you, or It won't be..." he trailed off, thinking of the word, "Well i'll get used to it, so when it comes in the real world, it'll.." He forgot the word. "Well i'll get.. I'll get too used to you, i'll get a shocker and panic and.. Oh shut up Seb." He rolled his eyes at himself.

"My mind has gone."

"Hiya Cien." Seb said, pushing his toast which only had one bite taken from it, and stood up. "Well I'm off, homework and all. Cy'all."

He stepped over the bench and left.

"Hey, guys!"

Sariss rubbed her head and turned back to Seb. "Yes, it's really not nice, this fainting business. Also quite embarrassing for me. I'm always as red as a lobster in the face when I'm slouching out of the Duelling Chamber after it's happened."

She took a sip of pumpkin juice.

"Good thing was that Philip fainted too, so it wasn't too bad for my ego..." She thought about what Seb had said. "Well, we could duel again as soon as we've both had some more practice..."

And all of a sudden, Seb left. Sariss blinked. "Was it something I said?"
