One of the best acts I saw at Bristol were those rollicking
Fakesperean Players: Richard Maritzer, Shannon Derry and Shelby Bond -- better known as "Sound &
Fury" (Photo, left). If you want to see an energetic show pushing the limits of bawdy
puns and innuendo, this troupe from California is for you! Here they perform "Testacles & the
Sack of Rome". This madcap tragedy involves Prince Testacles
(Hail, Testacles!) and his great quest to cross the seas, battle vicious miscreants,
garner the Golden Fleece, vanquish Queen Hernia of Rome (cough, cough) and thwart the
schemes of Queen Fallopia (Photos, below). And all done in less than 20 minutes!!!
