We had a great turnout! Out of 74 people, 33 showed up. The guest speaker spoke on collecting bad debts. Margaret Gassman spoke on ID Badges for notaries and licensing of signing agencies. Joyce Genho from Anniemae.org spoke up regarding getting paid up front off the HUD statement like the appraisers do. Lola Geiger also did not show.

Rick Woolworth is trying to get Domain Chandon winery as the next locale in Sonoma County.

Am in the process of completing preparations for the NorCal Notary Public Luncheon 1-29-05 at 10:30 A.M. at Hometown Buffet.

It has been a long drawn-out process but it is getting done. People are rushing at the end of the month and they are slow to pay for the luncheon. Well, I will have a table set up for the non-payees.
