Flash Gear License Agreement

Requirements
	The requirements of using these files are as follows You included author information which can be accessed by e-mailing me by the address on the main page below. You must have Flash Player version 6 For the files you must have Flash MX installed on your system.
Put these files on your own site
	Yes you are allowed to do this but you must put my name and website and e-mail with the files. Any one who dose not do this will be held responsible for corrupted files of mine. To make sure this dose not happen you must send an e-mail regarding this matter and you *Must* give me your site Url for checking that you have followed the rules. I find any site without any of the 1st requirement above you will be e-mailed and asked to remove the files of mine. If these rules are not followed the making of the files can and will be corrupted and will no longer be in production.
Getting a license
	Getting a Hpo Flash Gear license is simple and free. Each year if you have these files on your system or website you must get a new license for a whole year. No bill forms to fill out these are free and may be used after awhile providing you forgot to get another one. All files will come in as a zip file with these terms in it. You may get one for a couple of years if your forgetful. For this you need to send a permission e-mail to me if you need a license and leave me with your e-mail*. I will also need your website Url if you have the files on your website. All e-mails will be on record and if i have found your site claiming the files as your own then i will cancel your license and you must delete them after 24 hours of license canceling after that time i will contact you and you will have to delete them or face file corruption.
End of User Agreement
	The files are sold as freeware and may be re sold to anyone who requires them but they must get a license before using them. Hpo is not held responsible for any mis use of the files. These were made for beginners of making movies or games with Flash MX. You don't have to use them they are there for anyone who needs basic stuff or just simply view them. The programming you must sort out yourself as for a pre loading bar is concerned you have to know how to put them on yourself until i know how at least. None of the content of the files will be modified unless you have sent me a permission slip to do so. Any of the loading bar changed must be given approval by me. The circles must be left to how they were. The font i don't give about that. If making movies out of Flash MX in the credits the Loading Bar must be mentioned with my name. I made it for free and i only ask that i get recognized for what i have made that you borrowed. Games i don't mind not being mentioned but when its loading at the bottom my name must be there.
