Turn ON Windows XP “SYSTEM RESTORE”

1. Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer

2. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

3. Click the System Restore tab.

4. Remove the Check in the “Turn off System Restore” or “Turn off System Restore on all drives” check box as shown in this picture to the right. This window is called "System Properties".

5. Click Apply.  

6. As noted in the message, this will begin all existing restore points from now on. Click Yes to do this.

7. Click OK

8. It my ask you to restart your computer. If so, let it restart.
