PURE BLOODS
HALF BLOODS
Half Bloods shall be allowed to own residential property and may rent addition housing to lower classes. Half Bloods may own and run a small business and may employ only those of lower classes than
themselves. A Half Blood may own one house elf and no more than twenty muggles. During any election, A-class Half Bloods may vote, B-class Half Bloods may also vote, but their vote will only count as 1/2 a vote.

Any Half Blood found in possession of more than twenty muggles shall have all their muggles removed from them. In addition their entire family will be dropped one social class. If the offense is repeated the offending person shall be placed in Azkaban for 5 years. A third offense shall be a life sentence in Azkaban.
Any Mudblood found owning a house elf, muggle or more than one home shall have their excess property seized and the offending person shall serve a year in Azkaban. If the offense is repeated the offending person shall receive a 5 year sentence in Azkaban, while their entire family shall receive one year. A third violation shall result in a life sentence for the offending person, and a 5 year sentence for the rest of the family.
Any Muggle found refusing to work or speaking ill of their owner shall be placed in the hunt (explained below). Their owner shall be compensated by being allowed to withhold provisions from the offenders
family for up to ten days.
The Following people have already pledged their support to this noble cause.
Pure Bloods shall be the highest class of society. High political offices shall be reserved for Pure Bloods alone and only they may own and run large businesses. Pure Bloods shall have the right to purchase as many house elves and muggles as they wish.
During any election, a vote cast by a Pure Blood shall count as three votes. Only Pure Bloods may participate in hunts.
Half Bloods shall form the middle class of society. The Half bloods class of society shall be further broken down into three sub categories. The highest form of Half Bloods (A-Class) shall be those whose family has had at least three generations of Pure Blood marriage. Those in this category may apply to be raised to the status of Pure Blood ONLY if they perform great service to the Pure Blood society. The next sub category of Half Bloods (B-class) shall contain those who have less than three generations of Pure Blood marriages. The lowest form of Half Bloods (C-class) shall be those who have a muggle parent.
Squibs shall be allotted the same rights and privileges
as a B-class Half Blood.
Any wizard or witch born to two muggles shall be
allowed to own a single family home or apartment. Mudbloods may work for a higher class citizen for wages. No Mudblood may own any house elves or muggles. During any election, a Mudblood vote will count as
only 1/4 vote.
Muggles shall be the property of their wizarding family, those not owned by a family shall be the property of the Ministry of Magic until they are bought. Muggles shall work for their owners in
exchange for food, clothing, shelter and medical care. Muggles may not vote in an election under any circumstance.
