In his own words:

If you don't know us why are you looking at our wedding site ? ? ?

Anyway this is the part of the site where we are supposed to tell you about us.

Andrea and I met while doing activities in the SCA. This is probably our largest hobby.

Some have asked how I asked this wonderful woman to marry me. (Of course others wonder WHY she said yes.) Anyway, I had got it in my mind to get me a wife and had the ring and was all ready to ask. Now, I just needed a time. I figured if we went out she would know something was up, so I wanted to ask her at my house. That is when my Father called to say he was coming into town. Now I didn't really want to tell him to not come, but he was going to show up the same week I wanted to ask. On top of that we were packing to go to a 3-day SCA event. So, every night was planned with packing or getting ready for the weekend. Well, I figured it would be better to ask while my father wasn't here. So, I ask Andrea over to help me clean my house. Well, after making her promise that no matter what she was going to help me clean the house that night. I asked her to hand me something. Then while she had her head turned I pulled out the ring and asked. For what ever reason she said yes and made me the happiest man in the world. Of course, I had to clean the house for about 2 hours by myself as she called what seemed to be everyone we know.
