Benjamin Franklin once said, "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." He was a pretty smart guy. The benefit of drugs and alcohol is that they give you an alternative viewpoint on reality. Having knowledge of many different viewpoints is what we call "life experience". People with limited viewpoints are what we call "racists" or "religious freaks".
