A birthday party is an occasion that is loved and enjoyed by everyone, for it is a happy and joyful event. Each one of us likes to celebrate this occasion yearly, both to have fun and to congratulate our friends and ourselves. This event is celebrated around the world, and there are many different ways of doing it. I will be talking about the way I do.
If I were going to make a birthday party, I would have to make an invitation card indicating all the information needed for people to be able to attend. Firstly, I would write the date: This Tuesday, 26th of October. The place would be my house, and the time would be from 7:00 to 12:00 PM. My rules would be written inside, such as ‘invitation-only’, which means no mixing; and no children allowed.
It would take me at least 2 days to get ready for the party. Firstly, I would write the guest list; I will invite my cousins and friends. I would send the invitation cards to all my guests one day before the party.
Secondly, I would have to go to my favorite restaurant and reserve the food, soft drinks, juice and the cake for my party. I would have a big selection of food and drinks available, so everyone would be comfortable.
Thirdly, I would buy the equipment needed for the games and competitions I would have planned. I then should buy the gifts, that will be rewards for whoever won.
When
I am finished with the above three, I would have to come back to my home and
make it suitable for a party. I would call a photographer and arrange him to
come over on the day of the party. Then I would hang decorations, and move the
furniture away to the sides. To give space and room for the people. I would
hang balloons to make the atmosphere happy.
Fourthly, I would kindly ask the neighbors prior to the party to move their cars to make room for my guests’ cars.
Fifthly, I would call my cousin, who is a DJ, and make him come over for the party. I would put large speakers around the room so everyone could enjoy the music. I would put my favorite music, including Arabic and English songs for everyone to dance with.
In conclusion, with this precise arrangement and organization, the party would be wonderful! It would be nice, and all my guests will be treated with respect and all will have fun.
