All travel bug racers will get their send off here
- Travel bugs may visit any state at any given time. However, may only log one (1) stadium per state/province. For your perusal, a list of stadiums can be found here.
- All travel bug racers must physically be put in a cache - no electronic "drop-ins" allowed.
- Travel bug must be placed as close to the stadium as humanly possible (without trespassing) and have the bug visible and stadium name legible in the picture. This will make it easier to identify the state and stadium.
- This race is designed for geocachers only - geomuggles just don't understand.
- Any and all discussions should be addressed in
this forum. Please remember these forums are read by many, so keep comments appropriate.
- It is encouraged that all participants attach some form of race information on their travel bug. The use of notes, maps, ziplock baggies, etc. to aid their bugs travels is highly recommended. Remember, not all geocachers are familiar with travel bugs and/or travel bug racing.
- In the case of any fraudelent entries, team PEZ has the right to delete log. All violators will receive a visit from my cousin Tony
and his boys from Noo Joisey.
After the start of the race, no travel bug racing owner can handle ANY of the racers at any given time.
If you'd like your travel bug returned after the race, or whenever your bug finishes, let us know. If so, when your bug is picked up by Team PEZ, you will then be contacted for payment of postage. If not, then your bug will then be set free to roam the world.
All travel bugs must be received by Friday, February 27, 2004, to be released at MLB Travel Bug Race! on Saturday, February 28, 2004.
If you are interested, or have any questions, contact us. Travel bug racers are welcomed from all 4 corners of the world.
If you are planning on attending the event, let us know.
Special thanks goes to brad.32 for the better graphics!!
