HONEYCOMB

Plush
Plush ponies! Well, for the time being, most of my plush are not within my reach, so I decided to focus on the UK plush stuff and leave the rest for now.
Firstly, I'm extremely extremely sad and angry to report that the above images of Honeycomb/her bees were stolen from my website a year or two ago and reproduced without my permission on a certain well known plush pony id website. Despite my best attempts, the person in question refused to take the images down, so I'm saying here that if you see either of the above pictures on any page other than mine, they are STOLEN pictures. People who steal pony images are disrespecting the hard work and the collections of people who honestly borrow or take their own pictures of their ponies. I take photos of my ponies in order to help people identify ponies and I don't appreciate those images being taken without my permission. It's not nice and it's not fair - actually it's downright rude and unponylike. I'm not averse to sharing my images if people bother to ASK me first, but there are some images which are special to me and which I would rather not appear elsewhere. I'm hoping that, by making this post, people will be aware that there are pony image thieves about and that they need to be discouraged. I'm not going to name the website, but I don't think that it's hard to guess.
Anyhow, now if anyone sees the above pictures, of which I have hard copies and negatives, on any other website, please be aware that the user is a picture thief too lazy to bother asking permission, and could steal your pictures next!!! My ponies are very special to me, and I don't like them being exploited.

Okay, now I'm done with that tragic but sadly necessary rant, on to the good stuff. The pony above is Plush Honeycomb. I was the first person to ever post pictures of her online and at the time people suggested she was not geniune, because of her blue eyeshadowed eyes (probably originally intended for Bow Tie). But there have been a handful of others found since, so the cynics have been rather forced to concede her authenticity. I've never doubted her. She's a beautiful plushie, with four well stitched bees and purple eyes, not to mention a hasbro tag and neon yellow hair. She is extremely htf and often sells on ebay for, well, a lot of money.

The below ponies are not plush ponies in the same vein, though sadly they too have become htf. They are about twice as big as the regular plush and twice as floppy. They have zips in their stomachs, because they are pyjama cases! Yes, really! Cute, neh? I believe there is also a Starshine but I've yet to see her in the flesh and might be mistaken. It's just a memory I have from a pony comic picture...I might just be insane. But the three below do really exist. They came with rosettes pinned to their ears and the two sleeping ones, Cotton Candy and Bow Tie, have velcro to hold their legs together (sounds most uncomfortable!) Cotton Candy and Bow Tie have felt symbols, Trickles plastic ones, and they are made I think by Telitoy on behalf of Hasbro. They were only available in the UK!
