I wanted to fly something other than stubby-winged dodo in gta3. With the exception of the stealth fighter and the beta chopper i wasn't able to find anything online. So, I decided to stop looking, make some myself, and have fun flying them around. Here are all the mods i have made (including the planes) for gta3. Enjoy.
747 Airtrain

This plane mod will replace the dodo with a flyable version of a 747 type aircraft. It looks just like the ones that fly around liberty city.

Learjet

The Learjet mod replaces the dodo with a learjet. It looks like the ones scattered around in the airport.

Fbi Spy-Plane

This plane mod will change the dodo into a jet black spy plane (Text changed to "Fbi Spy-Plane"). This mod looks good with the fullwinged dodo mod.

Banshee Colors 2.0

This mod will change the main body colors and stripes of the banshee cars in the game. This mod is easily changed. Take a look at the manual version and try making car colors of your own by changing out the values.

Custom Players 1.0

This will change the main character of the game into different people from gta3. Become a pimp, army person, fbi officer, swat person, fireman, policeman, or a grandmother. Manual install only, but its only two files.

Prostitute Cops

This mod will change all the normal cops in the game into shooting prostitutes. Instead of giving you health they take it away.

Invisible Banshee

If you use this mod all the banshee cars in the game will turn into wheels without a body. Handy for seeing what happens inside those cars..

Infernus Scissor

Heres an interesting mod. It makes the doors on the infernus open up and out, like scissors. It also replaces the engine texture.
