The Sun and Glass Spell
Make a drawing og a problem or negative influence in your life on a piece of paper. On a bright sunny day, take the paper outside with a magnifing galss. Lay the paper on a heat-proof surface and hold the magnifying glass, so that the suns power is centered on the paper.
As the paper burns chant: "Through glass the Sun's bright rays of light, Put ill and misfortune to flight. Nor more shall you harm me or mine. Begone! I charge you in this sign.
It is done.
