Welcome to The Paid2Surf section, This section displays internet sites that pay you or how long you surf the net for. For example, most of these site you will have to download a view-bar, what is a view-bar you ask? A view-bar is a little box that opens when you open your internet explorer and counts the time you have been on the net.

Below is a few sites, have a look at the reviews on the sites below and when you find one you like click on the web sites name or banner to go to there joining page.

Aaruka - Aaruka.com is a standard looking program, with 3 levels of referrals, that is not active yet. They say that they will start the program when enough people have sign up. Their website is not fancy but it looks ok.

BannerUnion - BannerUnion.com is a different kind of get paid to surf program, there is nothing to download. Instead you go to their website and log in, this divides the screen, where the top part becomes an advertisement screen and an address bar. You use this address bar instead of the one in your browser to go where you want to go, for example, www.earncashontheinternet.com. This allows BannerUnion to track the time you are surfing and pay you for that time.

Blink Rewards - Blink lets you store your bookmarks online in your own secure account so that you can access them from any computer or web-enabled device, anytime. Best of all, through the Blink Rewards program, you earn points for great prizes simply by visiting sites and referring people!  If you join Blink now, you'll get a 1,000 - point signing bonus.

CashGlow - CashGlow pays people to chat, play games, post messages in their forums and sign up for free/trial offers. The program uses internet based software (no downloads) called the CashBox which allows members to chat with other members in real time, play games and enter the forum. For each hour a member uses the CashBox, CashGlow will give them $0.10 (up to 20 hours per month currently). In addition, members get $0.02 per hour when direct referrals use the software, $0.01 each hour for second level and $0.03 for third level referrals. The paid message board part of the program is separate and pays based on 70% revenue share. Payments are made by check or via PayPal. International members are welcome but are paid only via PayPal.

CashFiesta

CashFiesta.com is one of the newer programs and have recently released their view-bar, the Fiestabar. The view-bar is still kind of new so expect some problems with it. They are however working hard to fix the problems with their view-bar, updates are automatic every once in a while and the view-bar gets better and better for each update. Expected pay-rate is quite high with unlimited hours and a pretty good referrals system this will be a very good program when the view-bar is perfected, which it will be soon. Their webpage is good, and update very often. Customer support is also fast, accurate and very helpful.

CashSpace - CashSpace.com gives you the opportunity to choose what kind of referral system you want, they are all 7 levels deep but the percent rate varies. Their website looks quite good even though it does not contain very much information and does not seem to be updated very often.

CashSurfers - The payout structure for Cashsurfers is unique. For surfing, you'll receive 20 points for every minute you spend online. You'll also get 10% of all the points your referrals get (for 4 levels). At the end of the month, Cashsurfers adds up all the points that all of their members earned. Then, to find the dollar value of a point for that month, they divide half of their revenue by the total points of members. This is a paid to be online program; you are paid whenever you are connected to the internet.

ClickThru - ClickThru is both a free traffic program and a very good paid visiting/surfing program. Members can earn up to $0.60 an hour visiting websites at current rates. Members can also win additional credits (redeemable for cash) by clicking bonus icons at the websites they visit (up to $1000 USD). The referral program pays 10% for direct referrals and 1% for four levels of indirect referrals. Available internationally. $5.00 payment minimum. We suggest this service to anyone. If you're planning to refer others, make sure to use the referral HTML, you'll find it in your account section after you sign up.

Coins2Cash - Coins2Cash is a newer paid to surf program that started out with $0 minimum payment but now has raised that to $35.00. Their viewbar and website looks pretty good, but are nothing special.

CoolWallStreet - CoolWallStreet is a little different from other get paid to surf programs, you earn CWS dollars when you use their view-bar. These CWS you then invest on WallStreet, by choosing which stocks or mutual funds to buy, there are hundreds to choice between. CWS dollars are then used in CoolWallStreets own auction to bid for items.

CreationRewards - Get paid to visit sites, sign up for programs, etc. You earn $0.50 for each referral. Pays one referral level down.

Cywell - CyWell.com is a Russian based paid to surf program and is backed up by Tok Brunsweek Insurance Company Ltd. Their view-bar is still in beta testing but you can download a demo and see what it most likely will look like when finished, members will be notified when the view-bar is ready to be downloaded. Their website is looks good contains all information about the program that you need.

Desktopdollars - The best thing about DesktopDollars is that you do not have to constantly move your mouse or click to get paid. Instead, a prompt will appear approximately every 20 minutes verifying that you are still at your computer. This means that you can accumulate payable time faster than other ad bars. Unlike ClickDough, DesktopDollars' ad bar will not pop up and interfere with your keyboard actions. You are paid whenever you are connected to the internet. You get paid regardless of what you're doing as long as you're connected to the net and have their software running. This is a big plus. They pay members 50% of their ad income for surfing time, plus 15% for first level referrals, 5% for second, 2% for third and 1% for fourth through sixth level referrals. Referral earnings are not limited by how much you personally use the software. This means that if you only surfed for 15 hours, you'd still get paid for 150 hours if one of your referrals surfed that much. Very good company.

Dollar-Web - Dollar-Web.com's website is a little confusing with lots of banners and no real structure. Their view-bar is quite small but very crude looking and it also seems to have problems rotating banners.

ExtraSalary - ExtraSalary.com is a standard looking program, that is still beta testing its view-bar. Their website is good looking even though it is not very frequently updated. It does have sections (whole other pages) with other languages than English, German, Spanish and some others which might might help to increase the member potential.

Free Air Miles - Earn air miles and redeem for airline tickets on virtually any airline or Amazon.com  and other stores gift certificate, Amazon gift certificate. The more you earn the more you save.

FreeRide - Exchange FreeRide points for cash! Now you can redeem points for Webcertificates, the online Mastercard cash! Webcertificates will send you a "Real" Mastercard so you can spend your webcertificates offline as well as online! Great reason to join this reward program now. You can get about 60 - 100 points a day, just by logging in and doing their "Destination Points" and "Featured Sponsors" banners. And the cool thing is it only takes about 250 points to get a $5.00 gift certificate, so you will be racking up free stuff quickly.

Garageband - Every time you review music at garageband.com you earn Frequent Reviewer Points. Refer a new reviewer and earn 50,000 bonus points. Encourage a band to sign up and earn 100,000 points. Then cash in these points for cool gear.

Minrak - Earn Minrak's E-Points by Surfing the net, trying out products and services, Shopping on the net, Participating in surveys, responding to E-Pointsmail offers, Sending E-PointsMail, Bidding & Winning on E-Auction, Searching the web, Posting E-Coupons and more. Minrak has the best collection of rewards available for redemption of the valuable E-Points. The rewards include Gift Certificates from named brand merchants, cash, internet cash, Collectibles, and many more.

MyPoints - MyPoints pays you for using the Internet. You can get Points for activities like visiting Websites, clicking banners, reading email and more. Points are redeemable at places such as Sharper Image, Hyatt, Barnes & Noble, Sony, Spiegel, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Olive Garden and Red Lobster. Sign-up now and get 100 points free!

NetCarrots - Earn points for visiting sites, taking tours, shopping, and more.

OpinionBar - OpinionBar.com is not a "get paid to surf" program in the exact meaning of the words. Instead OpinionBar pays when you give you opinion. When you surf to a website that OpinionBar is interested in your opinion about you get the opportunity to answer questions in the view-bar. Your opinions are then pooled with everyone else who has answered the survey and the results are presented to the company doing the survey. Signing up for OpinionBar is different from other companies, you download the view-bar first and then the first time you open it you get to create your account. Thier view-bar is good even though it has some instabilites, which is to expect since it is a beta test.

PaidForSurf - PaidForSurf.com uses a floating view-bar which is small and quite good, it does however have some stability problems. They require an AVR (Advertiser Visitor Ratio) or click ratio of 0.5%, about 1 click per 50 minutes. Their server can be difficult to access at times too but that is just a minor problem. Their website has real time tracking of your online time and earnings which is good.

PaysU - PaysU.com view-bar is currently in active beta testing, meaning that you can use the view-bar but there might be bugs in the software. It is a small view-bar that can be either floating or attached. PaysU is expanding rapidly, adding countries in Europe which can download the view-bar and start beta testing it. They pay in 3 different currencies, Dollars, Pounds or Euros. PaysU also have a PaysBack system, which gives you a percent of the purchase you do through PaysU back to you.

Porivo Peer - Porivo is a peer computing network which measures the performance of customer websites. They pay members of their peer network (that's you if you join) to be online while running the Porivo software. During idle time the software uses your internet connection to test websites (yes, this means you can get paid while you sleep). If you are chosen to be an active member then you will be paid $0.10 a day plus $0.03 an hour for each hour of processing time. Members are only paid for days that they run the software for 4 hours or more. This should be easy to do considering that you can run the software at night. Porvio also pays members $1.00 for each active referral to their program. The program is available internationally in all countries where PayPal is currently active. See review for current available countries. Payments are made monthly to all members with $5.00, or more, in their account. Porivo is very reliable and all personal data is completely private.

Spider Metrix - Spider Metrix recruits testers, prepares a set of evaluation questions, organizes for the testing to be done, and rewards you for your efforts by giving you rewards. These rewards include gift certificates from many online stores and real cash. But the best part is that you don't need a lot of points to get rewarded.

Spedia

Spedia.net is one of the biggest programs today, with the highest pay-rate for a % company, $0.47 in May is almost as high as the programs with flat $0.50 pay-rates. If you become a premier member (you have to surf so many hours and sign up for a couple of programs) you earn an even higher pay-rate, $0.59 in May but it has been as high as $0.70 per hour. Their view-bar looks good, a little bigger than the smallest one but its not huge, and it is very stable. Spedia has very many "extras" where you can earn some cash, they even have games that give you points that are converted to cash in the end of the month.

Surfola - Surfola have a little surfola bar that loads when you log-in to their site. You earn points by using it to surf the web by searching the web, typing in URLS. The Surfola Bar also has additional stuff built in, it lets you save web based bookmarks, block java-script, block pictures and tons of other stuff right from the bar! They also pay for referrals. You get 1,000 points when you get a person to sign up and you get even more if they become active users.

UtopiaAd - UtopiAd claims to have more then 500,000 member which is pretty good. Their pay-rate and referral system isn't great but unlimited hours and extra offer, such as PayPal and a quick cash program makes up for some of that. They use a floating view-bar with is very small, stable otherwise good. The option to attach it to the bottom or top of your screen would be a plus though.

Valuepay - ValuePay.com is an old program which still says that they are in wait mode, adding members slowly to allow revenues to keep up with expenses. Their website looks very good but the information has not been updated in a long time. The view-bar looks good but is still untested so thats all we can say right now.

WebBullion - WebBullion.com uses a floating view-bar that is very small and looks good. Their website is simple but still quite functional.
