Duties:-
- Part of an internal Sales team (Keltec Direct), selling primarily Compaq/Digital products. These ranged from palm-top computers, to Servers. Main customers included Banque Paribas, Lloyds TSB and Williams Formula 1.
- Learning the internal Sage administration sales software, and adding the functions of an administrator to my role. This would cover general purchase order handling to organisation of delivery.

Achievements:-
I progressed onto the high value Sun Microsystems solutions. During this time I delivered some of the highest revenue solutions in Keltec history. My key responsibilities during this time were.
Product Specialist I attended the Sun Microsystems training programme for enterprise and workgroup solutions and acted as a centre of competence for a number of my colleagues. This demonstrates my aptitude for sharing knowledge and my ability to communicate complex solutions to any audience.
Team-Leader skills from June 01-June 02 no team-leader was assigned to our team. As the most senior member of the team, and having the most experience, I acted as the teams leader, until a permanent replacement was found.
Partner Liaison I attended many training courses at Sun Microsystems to gain accreditation in enterprise and workgroup storage hardware. My natural ability to quickly learn and retain information ensured I was one of only two people to achieve this status
New Partner Development I developed new business partnerships with Cisco, Veritas and Oracle that led to new reseller opportunities for Keltec. This shows my ability to work at the highest levels and to identify new business opportunities and take the appropriate actions to realise them.

Liase with customers when requestion documentation.

Responsibilities: -
Each day processing many millions of Dollar and Sterling cheques, each cheque would match a corresponding debit, and as such focussed detail to the job in hand was essential.
Processing of Export Letters of Credit, dealing with multi-million Dollar transactions for customers such as Sony Music. This role was highly responsible and very complex, selecting and "booking" foreign currency rates and speaking with customers over the telephone. I have had experience with Collections and experience with Import letters of Credit where I did extensive work for the French and UK Import L/Cs while based in our UK office.
Achievements: -
I was given the role of Community Support Representative when a staff election was held and I was duly elected. My role was to promote Barclays Trade Services name Throughout the South of England. I achieved exceptional results reaching my 1998 targets within 6 months and resulting in a nomination for a Chairmans Award.
I was elected Staff Consultant in October 1998; this role put me in direct communication with our Managing Director. I informed him of any staff issues, and he in return informed me of any issues of interest. I would like to think I was highly respected by the Hierarchy of Trade Services, as I am very enthusiastic to get the results necessary.
In August 1998 I was nominated in the election for the position of Barclays Employee Director of Barclays Quest Ltd. Despite over 600 votes my application was not successful. However the support my colleagues gave me obviously shows the extreme faith they had in my abilities.

The role involved self-management, the ability to work closely with the technical team, and excellent time keeping. I was responsible for the order entry, and delivery of all customers order. Meeting with customers daily at customer-site was the way in which most business was conducted.

My 417 visa only allows me to work in Australia for up to 3 months at any one time. I worked for Customcall, in the outbound "General Electric, Coles-Myer Card Insurance" Project. My role was to call existing Coles-Myer cardholders and sell to them card insurance, whilst keeping to our sales script and procedures. I obtained the highest level of sales within our team of 34 and was presented with an award by G.E. as a result of this achievement.

I was a Special Constable for Thames Valley Police. Dealing with situations along side full time police officers and at times alone. This has been the most challenging role I have undertaken to date. Great mental strength and belief in ones abilities was needed to succeed and I believe success is something I achieved. Unfortunately I relinquished my role within the community so as to concentrate on my Full time career.

I was born in Nottingham England in 1976, and have since then lived throughout the U.K. Having worked at a professional level in the U.K. I decided to apply for a working Visa for one year in Australia. My reason to gain this is simply a desire to live permanently within Australia, having visited many times previously. As a person I am very positive, very precise and full of enthusiasm. I have held many respected positions of responsibility, all of which teamwork has played an essential role. As a member of a team I expect to help others and for others to help me, sharing in all successes and working together to rectify any problems that may occur.
