Amsterdam Marathon Sun 17th October 2004
Kenyan athlete Robert Cheboror set a new course record during the 29th ING Amsterdam Marathon. With his 2:06:23 Cheboror improved William Kipsang?s record of 2003 (2.06.39).
Kipsang was second in this edition with 2:08:41. El Hassan Lahssini from France finished on the third place with 2:10:10.
Hugo van den Broek finished as the first Dutch athlete in a personal best time of 2:12:08 on the fifth place.
