NAME: Ronni Le TekrE(guitars, vocals)
BIRTHDATE & PLACE: 5 October 1963. Oslo, Norway.
MUSICAL INFLUENCE: The Beatles, The Who, Ted Nugent, John McLaughlin, Stevie Hilledge.

CAREER:

  • Started to play the wooden flute, and to sing in a choir.
  • Wrote his very first song, called "Snow White".
  • Started to play the guitar which was a gift from his grandma, in 1975.
  • Took a few classical guitar´s lessons, and studied the techniques of John McLaughlin for a year.
  • The first gig at a school party with ROQUEFIRE in 1977.
  • Joined TNT in 1982.
  • Started to play in BAD HABITZ in 1991, besides TNT.
  • Founded VAGABOND with Morty and Dag Stokke in 1992.
  • Started his project with Terje Rypdal, RYPDAL & TEKRØ in 1994, besides VAGABOND.
& MORE:
  • He uses Fender Strat 1971, Seymour Duncan pick-ups, Rockinger bar-system & Crate amps on the stage.
  • He has made "Ronni Le TekrEmodel" of ESP Guitars.
  • He has made a study of biology, chemistry & mathematics.

MORTY BLACK SKAGET

NAME: Morty "black" Skaget (bass, vocals)
BIRTHDATE & PLACE: 12 August 1960. Trondheim, Norway.
MUSICAL INFLUENCE: Bjørn Alterhaug, Gary Thain, Neil Murray, Mozart.

CAREER:

  • Started to play the drums in a school band.
  • Started to play the bass in 1976.
  • The first gig at a folk-dance party with PANIC in 1976 in the North Norway. The result of the gig was literally "panic".
  • Studied at the music school for 5 years.
  • Started to play as a studio musician in 1987.
  • Played with several bands mainly in Trondheim.
  • Joined TNT in 1983.
  • Started BAD HABITZ project in 1991, besides TNT.
  • Founded VAGABOND with Ronni and Dag Stokke in 1992.
& MORE:
  • He uses Spector bass, Fender 5-string jass bass & Amped amps on the stage.
  • He has a position at Norske Gram & has his own business, Intro Music.
  • He has run his own radio station which is called "Rock Line" for 2 years in Trondheim.
  • He loves his hometown Trondheim.
  • He has always many good ideas.
DAG STOKKE

NAME: Dag Stokke (key, vocals)
BIRTHDATE & PLACE: 1 April 19 1968. Gjøvik, Norway.
MUSICAL INFLUENCE: Rick Wakeman, John Lord, Keith Emerson

CAREER:

  • Started to play the piano at home in 1971.
  • Got his Yamaha organ in 1983.
  • The first gig with EDVARD BRIGG BAND at Raufoss Kino in 1983
  • Met Ronni while he was in the band in Raufoss.
  • Studied at the music school for 3 years.
  • Played with YANKEE and toured with LAVA.
  • Joined TNT as a guest keyboardist in 1987.
  • Founded VAGABOND with Ronni and Morty in 1992.
  • Plays in TNT and in several projects.
& MORE:
  • He mainly uses Roland D70, D550, MKB300, Jupiter 8, Korg M1r, YAMAHA TX802, Akai S1000, Korg CX3.
  • Studio Studio´s economical minister.
  • Always smile and happy.
  • Biiiig like a mountain, always happy.
  • He plays as a guest musician/works as a producer and engineer often.
  • He is a real "Totning" (a man from Toten).
