Beneath Capital City is a vast network of tunnels. Old subways, storm sewers, conduits for all sorts of cables and many other underground structures make a maze below the city. Some of these are passable and some are not but beneath the city lurk all kinds of horrors. Ghouls and Ruks are just some of what awaits those who venture below the streets.
