The Plaza is a dangerous place that few if any dare to enter. The Plaza and the surrounding ‘dead zone’ are high in radiation and other poisons. The Plaza consists of an overgrown jungle of trees and plants. But those that have entered and come out again tell of spectacular old buildings and monuments. There are reports of high numbers of Ruks, Ghouls and other mutants living within this area. Most people believe the dangers of this place and avoid it.
