A dangerous and deadly gang claims this area as their territory. This gang is wild and ferocious but what makes them so deadly is their use of poison. Someplace within Diamondhead is a source of a deadly biological toxin that this group uses on its weapons. Knives, arrows, spears and the like are used to deliver this toxin by puncturing the skin. Once contracted it has even been reportedly spread to others but how is unknown. Diamondhead gang numbers are not large so it is possible to enter or live in the area without encountering them but if you do run across them while in their territory few live long afterward.
