Perhaps the most powerful slaver in Capital City, Grandmaster controls this whole area. Like all slavers he makes his wealth by battling slaves and selling prostitutes. An old airport is the arena and shows consist of simple hand-to-hand fights to spectacular high-speed duels using rare motor vehicles. They are always to the death.
