In Outposts, there are many different lamps in the Forsaken Base. Some are harder to get in than others. Some are easier. These are the lamps that you need to learn because they are used more often than the others.
This lamp is located right beside the Forsaken's alter. There are a few ways you can get into the lamps.
One of the ways is standing on the alter and jump straight up in the air and shift. There is no reason for you to have forward motion. Just jump and wait till the cross hair gets in the correct location and then shift.
This shift will get you inside the lamp every single time you try it.
What if there is a spears on the alter... what do you do then? Well you can go beside the alter. I am standing a little closer than were the corner of the purple floor tile ends. There is NO need to jump for this shift. If you jump than you probally will not make a good shift.
Well thats some interesting things. What if there is a pit on the alter and a bunch of spears around there. You can do two things... you can either jump on the ledge of the lamp and do a fireball jump to the lamp, OR you can do a shift from the back. The shift from the back is sorta difficult compared to the others. Also plus there is usually a firewall back there.
