I really need to lose weight, I've tried every diet out there. Including Weight Watchers, Atkins Diet, The Hip and Thigh Diet, shakes well the list goes on and on, but whereas when I was young I was able to lose weight on a whim, now I'm over 40, it just seems that the weight loss won't happen. I weigh 190lbs and am 5ft 3" tall, so I really do need to lose weight.
