Chanterelle and Lily's Place: A Buffy and Angel Fan Site

A Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Firefly (and Serenity)
Fan Site

Chantrelle

Chantrelle (played by Julie Lee ) was introduced in the episode "Lie to Me", season 2 (episode 7) of Buffy the Vampire Slayer . She was a misled girl who was very lonely. She believed that vampires were a higher form of life, and hoped that they would "bless her," allowing her to become one of them.
Lily   Lily appeared in the episode "Anne", season 3 (episode 1). She is the same character as Chanterelle, but changed her name to Lily when she landed on the streets of L.A. with her boyfriend Rickie.  Her real name is never disclosed, but it is obvious that she had a hard home life (IMDB, which is notorious for being wrong, cites her real name as "Joan Appleby"), and doesn't wish to be known as whomever she was.  By the end of the episode, she again changes her name, and is now known as Anne.

Anne

Later, in the second season of Angel, she appeared as a woman who ran a shelter for run-aways. Her name remained unchanged from the last time we see her. She was Anne Steele (as shown on her DL that Angel took), the name that suited her better than any other life had offered. Her First appearance in Angel was the episode Blood Money and seen again in The Thin Dead Line She was also seen in the series finale Not Fade Away as Charles Gunn goes to say good-bye to a dear friend...

This site is dedicated to both shows, and is likely to contain: plot synopses with rating, pictures, information about the actors and characters, with some emphasis on lesser known characters and villians.

Coming Soon The episode summaries, our way. Staying true to our origional vision, the summaries are being reworked to include the things we find relevant like: important quotes, characters, deaths, and plot points. For full on summaries, there are many other sites. We will also be including the odd essay here or there for any episode, any season at any time. That's the fun of running this ourselves! ~Lily and Chantrelle

Episode Guides As such. Don't expect run of the mill EG's. You can get those anywhere.

Just wait, as promised above, ever so much more is coming!

RIP Doyal
Glenn Quinn: a life cut short too soon, and to whom many believe was the beginning backbone of Angel. It wasn't the same without you, however good it ever got, Doyle was, and always will be missed.

RIP John Ritter :11 September 2003.
Without you, Ted would never have been as convincing, nor ever as scary. Rest and return well.

RIP Buffyverse It was the best place on the web to find episodes, episode information, and other, small files about the actors. It was a German site, and Fox told them, that they had better shut it down, or they would be sued.
