F.A.Q.
A. At this time we do not have a cart system. However,
ordering is simple. Just EMAIL
US with your order and shipping address and we will send
you the total.
Q. Do
you take Credit Cards?
A. We take PAYPAL. If you do not have a Paypal account
you can sign up by clicking HERE.
Paying by Paypal is safe & easy & best of all it's FREE.
However, Paypal now charges us each time you pay with a credit
card.
Q. What
other methods of payment do you take?
A. We take money orders, personal checks, travelers
checks, electronic checks and bank transfers through Paypal.
Orders paid by personal check will not be filled until the check
clears. Right now we cannot accept credit cards without Paypal.
If you have alternate ideas for payment feel free to EMAIL
US and we will get back to you as soon as we can. No, we
do not accept live chickens or blood specimens in lieu of payment.
Q. Shipping?
A. Domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail
unless we receive a request to do otherwise. We compute the actual
shipping costs with a minimal charge for packing and send you
the total by email. Insurance is required on all packages. International
orders are shipped via Fed Ex or U.P.S. However, some items cannot
be shipped outside of the U.S.
Q. Returns
& Exchanges?
A. We sample all of our products to make sure that they
are of the best quality. We also do our best to provide accurate
photos & descriptions of our products. Therefor we do not
offer returns. However, if you find that the item is defective,
simply email us with your name, order # and a description of
the item and problem and we will be happy to exchange it.
Q. What
is wrong with you people?
A. We're not sure.
Q. Is
this stuff legal?
A. If it weren't we wouldn't be selling it.
Q. I'm
looking for something that isn't on your site. Do you take requests?
A. Yes. Email us & we will try to locate your item.
